Verandas 401 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the popular Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Verandas 401 is on the 4th floor of this 11 floor concrete and steel complex. This spacious oceanfront rental comfortably sleeps 10. The master bedroom is suited with a king bed and a garden tub and shower stall in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The spacious and beautifully decorated living area has a flat screen television and features a large balcony with a fantastic oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo is an end unit so this will surely be the perfect spot to watch an amazing sunrise while sipping on your favorite morning beverage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for preparing meals for your family. This condo also has a dining area, a washer/dryer, and WIFI. Verandas is conveniently located on Ocean Boulevard and is only a short walk to Main Street (5 blocks) where nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and good times can be found. Grocery stores are also within a short distance of your vacation rental in North Myrtle Beach.

Verandas is a family oriented rental property with an outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub. Verandas does not allow pets or motorcycles and is a non-smoking property. Student groups are not allowed; families only. There is an on-site parking garage with free parking. Vehicle height capacity in parking garage is 6'6".

Verandas 401 has an easy access to the beach for that anticipated walk along the shoreline while feeling that great Carolina sunshine. Go parasailing along the shoreline, fish from the pier or take a deep sea fishing adventure, and take a ride along with the dolphin. Bask in the warm Carolina sun, build sand castles, or simply relax and feel the sand between your toes. Family fun is waiting for you!

Overall good stay. No oven mitts. Dirty under beds and balcony. Shower curtain was dirty. Enough room for everyone. Definitely a good stay. Just need some updating, such as mattresses and sinks/tubs.

Beautiful Location Overshadowed by Maintenance Issues

We stayed at this oceanfront BnB in North Myrtle Beach, and while the view was great and the location has potential, the unit needs serious TLC. We were told we’d be in the “all new Unit 401,” but nothing about it felt new—outdated furniture, worn cabinets, and maintenance issues throughout.The biggest problem was the gnats. They were everywhere—kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. There was even a red apple-shaped gnat trap already on top of the fridge when we arrived, so clearly the issue was known. We had to buy and hang Raid traps in every room. I even burned myself while swatting at them taking food out of the oven, which also took much longer than it should to heat and cook.We saw one flying roach, but the gnats were the main issue. The bathroom in the room with two queen beds had no working ventilation, and we had to crack the door to get air while showering. The tub faucet dripped constantly, and we had to use a butter knife to prop open the sink stopper just to get it to drain.There was a pile of dirt by the front door when we arrived. None of the rooms had overhead lights—just lamps. The worst part? Despite a “no pets” sign on the fridge, there was pet hair everywhere—including in our supposedly clean beds, mixed with human hair. We took photos.This place could be great with proper maintenance and deep cleaning, but as-is, it fell way short of expectations.

Good location but dated property

Verandas 401 is nice but outdated and dirty. There was dirt on the air vent in the hallway, visible to everyone who walked in the condo. the window sill and track for the sliding door were dirty and disgusting. The areas around the showers were rusty and cracking. One of the sinks in the master bathroom, kept clogging up. Evident that they must not clean the sinks because it clogged when we just brushed our teeth. The fan in the master bathroom didn't work, if there was one...This place needs a refresh of paint and a good cleaning The door to the "fire escape" stairs was broken. We called the emergency line, it was never fixed, instead someone propped it open. The only positive was the location and there were enough dishes for 8-10 people. but there was only one dish towel and cloth for the kitchen, so take your own. Wouldn't recommend this condo

We enjoyed our stay. Location and beach view were great. Place had plenty room for our family of 9. Place was a little outdated but not bad. It would have been nice to have a broom, more than one dish towel and skillets that were usable.

We had a family of 9 for a week. The unit held us well. The location and amenities were greatđŸ€—. The beach was amazing!! Wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and in a great location. My group included 3 senior persons with limited mobility . They also enjoyed the stay. The proximity to the ocean, ease of access and cleanliness - make me rate this place a five of five.

Great location and amazing space

We really enjoyed our stay. This VRBO was large and gave us all the space we needed. It was right on the beach with easy access to get in and out to go anywhere. The only comments from my group were that the outside door needs to be cleaned or repainted and the decor could be updated and brightened a bit for more of a beach experience.

Was a very comfortable condo. All kitchen appliances worked well. Had plenty of cooking utensils. Linens were clean and on beds, in baths ready for use. Would recommend staying there.
