BEAUTIFUL CARROLL BEACH HOUSE UPSTAIRS UNIT

Looking for a recently updated beach house with plenty of room for the whole family? Look no further! We have taken great pride in making this the perfect getaway! It is located just a few steps away from the grand strand and within walking distance to Main street in North Myrtle Beach! It features four spacious rooms and two full bathrooms! It has a large front yard so parking is not an issue! We have corn hole boards and several other outdoor family activities!
Rocking chairs on the large front porch supply the perfect area to relax and enjoy the ocean view and sea breeze!

Fully furnished kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family! All cookware is supplied!

Linens and towels are included. Beach towels are not provided. There is an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels to get you started for your stay.

Parking for multiple vehicles!

The house has two units. Upstairs and downstairs. Both units can be reserved if booking is available. Each unit has 4 bed 2 bath.

Please note check out time is firmly 10am. Any party still in the property after 10am on check out day will be subject to fees for additional stay. Please note our cancellation policy as listed when you book. We do not give refunds for trips that are cancelled due to weather or other circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event your trip must be cancelled.

The kitchen stuffs are very old no hot water in the kitchen bathroom hot water takes long to get warm the price you pay doesn’t worth at all I have been using vrbo many times and I had great experience except this one

Property was a great location! You can see the ocean from the porch. Would have loved to have a ceiling fan on the front porch but we spent most of our time there anyway. The beach entrance is not directly across the street, but a little up the street. Very easy walk and easy beach access. Its diagonal from the entrance. Parking was excellent out front. The building directly across the street has security that is not very nice if you even try to get to the beach there. Only other issue was wishing there was room darkening shades. The lights all around keep all the rooms very bright at night. We had an excellent week and enjoyed the location. Quiet but close to stores and other attractions a short distance away. Would definitely recommend property and stay again.

Perfect softball tourney house

The upstairs portion of this house (4 bedrms/2bath) was perfect for our two families who were staying in Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament. We weren't in the home very much, however it fit our needs with the space. It was also right across the street from the beach, had plenty of parking for multiple cars, and was very quiet. Our only regret is that the bottom part of the house was already rented, otherwise we would have enjoyed the other softball team families staying in the same location, but otherwise it was a great rental!

Horrible Experience

Although the location was nice, the house has no curb appeal, bathrooms weren't clean, doors were broken, beds were uncomfortable and sunk in the middle, showers were terrible and had rusted shower rod and old inner shower curtain that could be changed after each guest, washer and dryers were dirty, TVs do not work, no internet connection,. The overall experience was horrible.

Get together with old friends.

This place was perfect for our reunion. Our group rented upstairs and downstairs. The yard area out front was a great place to all gather together. Great location right across the street close to a public access and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Cute coastal decor and comfortable furniture. The only downside is the bathrooms are really small and not suited for tall/large people.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was just what I needed for reuniting with friends for the weekend. The accommodations were great. The place had all amenities needed to complete our weekend to include grill for outdoor cooking, sitting area outside covered with canopy. Was able to talk with the owners who were very friendly and offered assistance to any of our concerns and questions. The beach is easily accessible from the place as well as many local eateries and shopping areas. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental with a home feeling to it. Great place!

Property and owners are wonderful

The owners were very prompt with any questions we had and were more than helpful with anything we needed. The house is just a minute walk until you’re on the sand! Everything about the rental was fantastic, except for the fact that there were still dirty dishes left from the last renters and the bedroom trash had not been taken out. I communicated these issues to the owners and they ensured us that it would not happen again.
