LIVING AREA

Large windows deliver an abundance of sunshine in the living area. Two armchairs, a love seat, and a sofa provide plenty of seating. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Very clean, nicely furnished condo. Beautiful view, close to everything we enjoy. Only 2 complaints 1.The couple in the middle bedroom complained that the only closet in the room was locked and they had no place to hang there clothes and the bed was very soft and sunk in the middle of the mattress. 2. Lack of communication!!! I texted and emailed several times about the coffee maker, is it Keurig or a coffee pot or both? no answer, not on condo description, so we brought too much. Also texted about extra parking pass as there were 3 couples with 3 cars and you only listed 2. As we stay at Ocean Bay several times a year, never have we stayed in a 4 bedroom without 4 parking passes. So we just gambled and did not get towed. Also asked about early entrance as the only time we could get reservations Crave restaurant Friday was at 5pm, again no answer. I don't know if it was the homeowners or the management company that did not communicate, but it was so frustrating

Great very roomy condo with a full kitchen 3 baths. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a big soaking tub. The room in RIGHT ON the beach! For me, the best part is the parking garage attached to the building. Makes you feel safe with car security.

Great Condo

Everything was clean upon our arrival EXCEPT for the floors.. Floors were filthy in every room..And we could never get the living room tv to show any local or sport event channels..(and couldn’t locate any directions to make tv work)

Great property

The location and space was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this home. The building amenities and area restaurants were all great. If you bring groceries with you, you'll be able to park your car and walk to everything nearby.

Fabulous location and comfort space

We appreciated the ease of check-in/check-out, convenient parking, and fantastic proximity to beach and other sunny-day activities. We encountered some minor maintenance & cleaning issues and learned vacasa has a ticket system for reporting them - great to know! Overall: This was an amazing space and setting for a family beach vacation!

Evacuated Florida hurricane to stay here

We ended up making a somewhat last minute 3 night reservation for this condo due to evacuating from Florida and Hurricane Ian. The unit is overall nice. Be prepared to need to purchase many things for your stay if you are going to stay longer than a night or two. No extra toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom. You will need a sponge, laundry detergent, beach towels, paper towels. The coffee maker was broken (there was a keurig but we had come with ground coffee). Beach chairs and a boogie board are provided which was nice. The kitchen cabinets are in need of some TLC (paint strips hanging off) my husband went to run the large bath tub in the master 1 night and there was brown sludge specks from the The grounds of this property have a strange smell to them. Near the hot tub/lazy river area I kept getting strong whiffs of a really gross smell. The first aid kit near the lazy river literally had one bandaid in it. There is no bathroom on the ground floor where the beach/pools are. We thought this was strange. Who wants to drag 2 kids up to their room everytime ? We asked a few people if they had seen one but they didn't. We did find one on 1st floor but it was locked. Indoor pool is strange. Very tiny and like in the corner of the garage. Check in was very easy. This was not the place for us but others may enjoy all the space the condo has to offer

Great Family Vacation

This property was exactly how described and was cleaned well. The space was large enough for my family of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The beds were a little uncomfortable but did not lower my rating of the property. The oceanfront view from the balcony was beautiful. The property is a short walk to restaurants and bars and a short drive to Duplin winery and Barefoot Landing which we visited. I would recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.
