Nice stay

The home was very nice and clean. Propane was empty but had a new tank brought out asap. Only thing was had to buy to and trash bags. Left one roll of tp for each bathroom for 17+ people lol. One trash bag for each trash can?? Other than that I would recommend this place. The pool was very nice and clean. Price was good location is good just a few blocks to walk to the beach was nice. Lots of parking room.

Terrible experience

Great location, Great house setup! But the house was filthy, leaving bottom of feet black. A lot of items ,appliances broken, furniture broken. Pictures missing off of walls. Holes in the walls and in closets. Rugs so so filthy, rolled them up during stay. Pool was never cleaned filthy! Worst part is how dirty, when got to showers white linen shower curtains where so so dirty, and smelled of urine. Lost air for one day! Contacted the rental service that takes care of property. Sent house cleaners away for arguing with me, watched maintenance poor black stuff out on concrete at pool and stained it. Called rentals about air no call back had to fix our selves. No batteries in any changers or anything had to purchase this also. Then had to buy cleaning supplies to clean. Made the best of it, however I recommend they close rental till it is cleaned well and all items are fixed. Did get a email back they are refunding the cleaning fees we payed, but nothing else. Will never use any rental attached to the rental facility again.
