Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area!


Enjoy this gorgeous two bedroom (with an additional bunk room off the master), pet friendly unit that is located only a short walk from the ocean and only 250 yards from the Cherry Grove Pier. This unit has its own private entrance, as well as a full kitchen, private front porch, fenced in yard access, and two bathrooms. This property is a house that has three units, with Cottage Up being the entire second floor apartment. You will find miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches with plenty of South Carolina Sunshine with this cottage being so close to the ocean. This cottage is also nestled in a quiet residential community.


Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.





Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 2: (small room off of Master Bedroom) Two Bunk Beds (4 Twins).

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:

- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.

-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement including a government issued photo identification and credit 

card are required to be electronically submitted to the property management company prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.

- Toiletries are not included.

- The listing rental rate includes parking for two (2) vehicles.

Rental Age Policy:

- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Pet Policies:

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*.

- Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets.

- Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property.

- Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets.

AVOID this rental company

The day we were to check in they called at the last minute to switch us to a different rental unit, this was only the beginning. Once we completed all the paperwork a second time we left for our weekend vacation. When we arrived to this “new” location we were greeted with a run down, dirty and unsafe place to stay. The location was missing light fixtures on the ceiling, missing smoke detectors or they were disabled, had dirty floors, a stove that was covered in rust, a refrigerator with no handle, air vents hanging off the ceiling about to fall, stained mattresses and 2 of the beds had some type of bugs in them as both kids had bites all over their legs the next morning. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 night due to all these issues. I have reached out to the property management company with no response. Avoid rental properties from this company- they had building materials all over the parking lot and backyard so my kids could not even safely play outside.

Every Horrible Review is Accurate!

We chose to lose money over staying at this place! Absolutely filthy! I reached out to the property manager before we went , asking because we saw a bad review and it was hard to imagine it was accurate based on the pictures. She assured me the review was meant for another property and she personally had been to the property and the one property looked just like the pics. The other review that states Liars is accurate . Multiple Stains on every fabric! Broken sink . Hardwoods are beyond normal wear and tear! Filthy! Cabinets even have black grime on them. Wish I could attach the pictures that I sent to VRBO upon request. Response was that it was minor cleanliness issues . The other Vrbo properties we had stayed at were accurate representations while this was not even close . We had to find another place to stay that day. Property manager sent us to another property with what appeared to have body fluid stains on comforter , this place was filthy as well and is also on VRBO. Didn’t stay at that one either! Please Listen to the reviews!! Wish we had and not trusted the property manager ! These review are not someone just being picky! Wear and tear is one thing but it was absolutely filthy!

So excited but so sad!

So excited but so sad! We were so excited for a family vacation this year but due to the weather it made it very difficult. The unit has no air filter and it also leaks during storms so have a bucket available near the master bedroom. Also when it rains be sure if you drive a shorter car that you are aware that it will flood about a foot or more in in the parking area for a cottage up in cottage down. Also be aware that the Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom does not actually function. It is a nice garden tub however.

The worst experience. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

When we found this property under VRBO, we thought how charming and cute it was and what a great price. I submit a security deposit to book the property and when I read the reviews (this was my mistake). They were not good. I immediately write an email to the property manager asking for a change of property staying that the reviews were not good, they replied ensuring me that the property was really nice maintain and any issues it have before were resolve. As soon as the door was open the reality hits. The property advertise is very misleading. The house doesn't look like the pictures. There is a lot of water damage on the furniture, the mattress covers are nasty. The stove was filthy, the beds were broken, the doors were bad and the worst part is they are trying to blaming on the guest. This company is taking advantage of people and nobody seems to care. Don't fall for what they are offering because is totally the opposite.

From the moment we got there we had to clean. The pull out sofas were full of sand and dirt and hair ties amongst other things. There was so much sand on the floor and dirt the floor almost looked black. 90% of the dishes and utensils were still dirty and had to be re-washed. The bunk beds had wooden slats missing and the mattress looked as though it may fall through. My children didn’t even sleep on the top bunks. The Wi-Fi was very weak and barely worked most of the trip.

Grossly misrepresented

1st- the pictures online are vastly misleading. The property seems to have been abandoned or neglected. 2nd- the third bedroom is virtually a closet with two bunk beds so close together you cannot even enter the so called room 3rd- floors were filthy and it smelled like urine, despite buying and dispensing a can of Febreeze 4th- holes in the walls, two of the three ceiling fans were missing blades, and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time I used it. 5th- this place is surrounded by other houses and is not even on a main road and parking is a bit of a nightmare 6th- the back deck is in disrepair and my son got his foot cut on a rusty nail on day one 7th- the side yard was nasty and not even usable The property company was kind enough to give us an extra day… and I couldn’t even make myself use it. It ruined our stay. They also told us to go check out another property… but IT STILL HAD RENTERS THERE. It was embarrassing for all and we wasted half a day of vacation to drive there and try to figure out what was even happening. Next year we will go to the mountains…

In a creepy alley, frig sitting on porch of downstairs unit, picture very outdated in listing, run down outside, dogs barking all around, bed bugs in unit, no help from calling management upon leaving when bites on us were discovered, said “unfortunate”, said would investigate ans Get back to us, emailed again with no response from them, check in key pad code would not work and lady I spoke with was rude about how to open door, top of stair gate about to fall down(dangerous). The listing is very, very misleading.. yard, deck, outside of property. Neighbors are on top of you and I think they permanently live there. This was my daughters bachelorette weekend.. was hoping for a little better stay than this.. parking is awful!!

From the beginning communication and having anyone respond back to you was terrible. When someone finally answered me they said they were busy with other vacations that were sooner than ours. So maybe they are short staffed but I feel like my questions and concerns are just as important even if my vacation is further weeks away. Once it got closer to the time, communication was a better. We arrived at this house and it was horrible. Dirty. Broken items. Puddle/pooling of water outside steps. Horrible WiFi. The list goes on. When contacting the property they were quick with their responses and tried to fixed whatever we needed however at this point it was really too late. I was embarrassed to have even booked this place for my family.

The home was clean but not so much as described as the posting. Luckily I didn’t have other family members come as planned because the parking was horrible. I had to either back all the in or either all the way out to get in and out while making sure I didn’t hit anyone’s car or scratch my car. I noticed a roach or 2 while there, the toilet in the master bedroom wouldn’t flush so after the first incident of this my husband and I begin using the main bathroom and it’s junkie outside so I wasn’t sure I was in the correct place initially, but the inside of the home was ok.

Do not stay here. We arrived at the property and the check in code did not work. I was told the cleaning crew didn’t program our code? Upon entering the property, there were dirty rags in the kitchen counter and sand on the floor. The bunk bed room smells terrible, like vomit. On the first night, two men showed up saying they needed to replace the refrigerator. They were in the condo until 10 at night and there were tools all over the kitchen!! There is also a weird gate at the top of the stairs and they left it pushed all the way open as they left with the old refrigerator. We were locked in the condo. We had to call the property manager to open the gate so we could open the door. This was now 11pm. After submitting a complaint, the best the property mamanger could offer was a late checkout, no thanks! Think twice before booking this property.

Great family getaway

Wow!!! What a great time we had. The house was super comfortable and so cute!!! The people at Myrtle Beach vacation station could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had some trouble with the TVs when we got there and the came right over to fix the problem. They reached out to see if we needed further assistance a few times during our stay as well. It was a great location, just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store was right there. We could not have been happier. We are actually planning our next trip and we would love to stay at Cherry Grove Cottage up the next time!!! We would highly recommend the property and Myrtle Beach Vacation Station!!!!!!!!!

Guys get-away

I had planned a last minute weekend with my 2 sons and their friends. Upon arrival, the house was just okay. The paint on the deck was peeling, as was the cabinets inside in the kitchen. The layout was okay but the photos do not represent the current condition of the house. The listing states that the bunk beds are off of the room with the king bed, which in fact they are off of the room with the queen bed. There was barely any room to get between the two sets of bunk beds. Overall, the house served purpose for what we needed but I was disappointed overall.

Great family weekend vacation

We had 6 adults and 3 children. We noticed a few small upkeep repairs, nothing that got in the way. Furniture a little big for the small kitchen and living room. We just moved dinning room table chairs out of the way. To pull out both sofa beds we had to slid both sofas over. Very small parking area. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and quite. Close to anything needed. We'll worth the trip

DISAPPOINTING!!!!! NOT SUGGESTED.

Do not rent. The pictures do not show the true condition of this property. I thought we were scammed. I have rented in Myrtle area for the past 15 years straight and needed a larger location with more family coming with us. I was embarrassed and humiliated that I rented this location. We looked at this property due to the nice pictures, location and yard for the pets. The location is unmaintained and should not be rented in its condition. The location is great to the beach but the picture showing the distance to the beach is from the wrong street that you can not access. 150 yards if you jump a fence into another property! It was more like 5 blocks than 2 as shown. I was informed they would disassemble the fence so we could access, lol. The porch is deteriorated and shoes are needed so you don't get splinters. The a/c drains onto the stairs making them slippery and dangerous for kids. Moving inside, multiple kitchen cabinets are de-laminating with doors falling off and one cabinet is screwed shut. The shelves in the cabinets are falling or stacked on top of each other. The microwave has a hole inside the top... someone put metal in it. Why would you not fix this!! The fridge has broken or missing shelves and thus some are useless. The master bath has a half missing toilet paper dispenser, a loose toilet, broken and loose tile, and a picture that is sitting in there that should be hung in the living room(?)! The kids bunks are rickety at best, with a ceiling fan at head level, please put a normal light in so someone does not get hurt. A deteriorated dresser in the second bedroom with dresser drawers that are broken and barely functional. The living room tv has multiple lines through it that disrupts the viewing of all shows. The second bathrooms shower door is loose and pushes in, not good for kids. The yard shown in the pics is mostly for the lower floor, it is outside their deck and kind of awkward to use if they are outside. The real yard for the second floor is the one with sandbags on the side, not to mention they added a large stack of 20 or more deteriorating sheets of particle board and broken chairs. Just not a nice place to take a pet. The parking is difficult if fully rented, especially for any large vehicles. They did offer to fix the issues, but why would I want someone in and out of my rental while I am on vacation? Plus, it needs full cabinet replacement and appliance repair. not a quick fix. Please enjoy Myrtle and rent elsewhere!

Basically the pictures that are posted about this property are, and have been, photoshopped. This place is in horrible condition and we took over 50 pictures and videos. I tried to contact the company on three different days but they failed to reply. We ended up coming home early because it was absolutely disgusting. Mold, mold, and more mold....8 in of standing water around the entire property. One of the reasons I rented this property was because it was pet friendly but we couldn't even use those amenities. We spent a lot of money to stay here and I need help figuring out the steps that I can take to make this right because this was a scam.
