HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home.
No pets or emotional support animals allowed.
No motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, boats or trailers.
Wristbands are required to use the onsite amenities. Eight wristbands are available with the rental of this unit.
Parking passes are required to be displayed on your vehicle when parking in the parking structure. Two parking passes are available for each unit.
No smoking on the property. A $500 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-in is at 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 11 PM.

***If you used amenity wristband(s) during your stay please leave them in the condo to avoid being charged a $50 per wristband replacement fee***

These amenities are professionally maintained by the HOA and are a favorite among guests. For safety and enjoyment, the following guidelines apply:

Pool And Hot Tub Disclaimer:
∙ You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
∙ Children always need to be supervised.
∙ Minimum Age for Hot Tube Use is 14. SPA Heater on all Year.
∙ Lazy River: Heater on April , May, Sept, and October.
Indoor Pool: Heater on September - May. Off June, July and August.
∙ No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area!
∙ There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience!
∙ Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
