Crescent Shores unit 604 North Tower is a breathtaking two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo located in premier beachfront Crescent Shores Resort. This condo is in the North tower. Crescent Shores Resort is conveniently located in the beautiful Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Crescent Beach features wonderful ocean views, warm Atlantic weather, and white sandy beaches. Crescent Beach uniquely provides a quiet, less crowded beach destination for family vacationer.

This spacious North Myrtle Beach vacation rental provides just the right amount of luxury and comfort. This non-smoking condo sleeps 6. Unit 604 has two pleasantly decorated bedrooms with a living and dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, and free WIFI. The newly painted master suite provides a true relaxation destination with a king bed, balcony access, an attached bathroom that has been recently remodeled with an enlarged shower, new tile, fixtures, closet, and flooring. The 2nd bedroom will meet the same level of guest satisfaction with TWO queen beds and beach themed decor. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and tub combo. Each bedroom also has a TV.

The living room features ample seating and boasts a 65" Smart TV with premium channels available for the guests' enjoyment. A DVD player is also available for the cinema lovers. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The unit features a large spacious balcony that is perfect for breathtaking views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises and sunsets that help to complete a memorable vacation.

Crescent Shores has an oceanfront outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated during the winter), oceanfront lazy river, 2 oceanfront outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool, and fitness room. There is an oceanfront sundeck equipped with relaxing lounge chairs. There are outdoor grills and a private beach access. Fine stay, great weather. The coffee maker has an issue. (Grounds and coffee leaked out. We had to weigh down the basket with an apple corer.) The outside storage closet was not available for beach equipment. Door fits too tightly: turn the key counterclockwise and ignore the handle. Hold the key in place and shove hard on the door to enter.

Crescent Shores - Unit 604

The 1st day we had no hot water and Seaside Vacations, Property Mgmt company said they would send someone over. Maintenence guy showed up and said we needed a new hot water heater. Seaside called us and told us we were going ro have to wait until Monday to have a new hot water heater put in and that they would have to shut all the water off in the building to do so. However, another maintenance worker showed up later on Sunday to say that he had just changed the hot water heater in the last 30-60 days. He diagnosed and found that the hot water heater reset button had kicked out. He reset, tested about after a half hour and we had hot water. Little bit of an inconvenience when you can't take a hot shower the night we arrived on a Saturday. The parking is less than to be desired even if you're not handicapped. In this instance, I was handicapped and had to park across the street on the top floor of the parking gargage. Again, not convenient.

Condo was very nice! There was a strong sewage smell in the master bath one morning and when I contacted maintenance they came within a few hours to check things out. Thankfully everything was okay in that unit. The only complaint would be the beds - way too firm!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was spacious, clean, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. Would definitely return to this place when we go back to Myrtle Beach. We rented through Seaside Vacations, and we were so impressed with an early check in time as we got up very early and drove 9 hrs so it was much appreciated. Enjoyed everything about this place.

Great Family/Friends Vacation!

Condo is spacious for 2 bedrooms. Balcony has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and is equipped with a table and chairs allowing a meal or cup of coffee to be enjoyed while enjoying the ocean views. The kitchen was stocked with most items needed for the week. There were a few items that we wished it had but made due with what was there. The pantry door was locked so storage of items was challenging. The mattresses in each room were very firm. Too firm for us and made for not so great sleep for the week as we personally like a softer/plush mattress. Beach was wonderful and didn't feel too crowded. Everyone has room to spread out and enjoy. We personally chose to rent a chair and umbrella from NMB so it was set up and taken down daily for our use. Banana boating and parasailing was just a short walk away to enjoy some additional fun. Condo is in a great location and just a couple mile drive to Barefoot Landing. Parking was across the street in a parking garage which had no issues and it was nice to keep the vehicle out of the direct sun. Loading and unloading in front of the condo can be hectic with limited spaces and 15 min time limits however, if you've ever been on a similar vacation this is very expected with everyone checking in and out on the same days. If you go in with this mindset and patience you'll be fine. Condo has luggage carts and shopping carts for easy off and onloading of vehicles. Property managers were easy to work and communicate with. We arrived and left after normal hours and arrangements were easy to make for key pick up and drop off at the lock box. There was even a little welcome bag when we got in that had a couple rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, bar soap and a couple garbage bags. It was a few nice things to get started before we could grocery shop!

Excellent but....

The check-in process was horrible. We got called that the room was ready at 4:30. Everyone's room must have been ready at 430 because it was a mad dash to pick up the keys. That is where they told us that on Wed., the buildings water will be shut off most of the day due to a sewage issue that caused damage to a few of the rooms. (Not ours). Then the mad dash to the condo only to find everyone was trying to unload their cars at the same time in the designated area that only hosted appx 6 cars spots in which 2 of those were handicapped. Then the line of those same frustrated people at the elevator to get to your room. The parkade was across the street which made loading the car to go home just as incovenient. And everyone had the same idea to load the car the day before to avoid the craziness on checkout day. So you really lose a whole day checking in/out. The rooms toilet wouldn't stop running but fortunately we had someone handy that fixed it. Those would be the negative points. But there are many positives as the condos description was listed exactly as it is. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The tvs are a bit tricky but eventually we figured them out. There are instructions on the coffee table to help. The views and locations are perfect. I recommend that you get up and out to the beach early and set up your chairs. The city hires people to set up chair/umbrella rentals (excellent if you don't have your own $45 for first day and $25/day after that) but they set up all the chairs on the North AND South condos beach front which pushes you over to the left away from the property. We would set up our chairs before 7am as thats when they started setting up. On day 1 we said never again would we stay because of the check in issues but by the end of the week we agreed we would probably stay here again.

Beach week 2022

The property was just as shown in the listing; very clean. We had a great time this year. This was the second year at Crescent Shores. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals in the unit. TV was a little complicated to figure out but we managed. Can't wait to return in September for the "girls" trip.

Great condo, but not VRBO alone

This was an amazing property! Looked like photos, and was very clean and well kept; however, this was VRBO and a realty agency in North Myrtle, so we actually paid 2 fees. Next time, I will only use the rental agency, as this was more money than I expected.

Less stress to unload car in parking deck and walk the loading cart across the road. Glad we weren’t there during peak season—crossing street might be testy. Overall the place gave us what we needed—an oceanfront place to relax.

Sea side vacation staff were very friendly and helpful through set up, payment, and check in! Melissa specifically was very down to earth and helped me get to our destination despite my obnoxious GPS which led me all over scenic SC LOL. Melissa made sure we made it to the office and was very personable. The condo was extremely clean and welcoming. Very homey feel. I wish we could have stayed two weeks! Rental is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next summer! Thank you seaside vacations!
