Our newly renovated private house is a short walk to the beach. Full kitchen with all the essentials. Private back patio with table & chairs. Fast wifi, smart TVs & ceiling fans in every room. Tiled floors throughout & plenty of closet space. Washer & dryer, hi-chair, pack n play. New arcade system. Large driveway. Dogs Welcome.

Master bedroom has King size bed with memory foam mattress and private access to back patio through sliding glass doors, large walk-in closet, full bathroom, 40" smart TV, and work desk with plenty of room for a laptop.

Double bedroom has 2 full size beds and full bathroom, large closets with plenty of space, and a 32" smart TV.

Kitchen is equipped with all appliances as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven and more. There is a 6 seater dining table off the kitchen.

Living room has 50" smart TV, sofa with pullout queen size bed, loveseat, recliner, and an arcade system to keep the kids busy (and adults!) in case of a rainy day.

There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

We have a highchair and booster seat located in the living room closet if you’re traveling with small children, and the master bedroom closet has a pack n play.

Ceramic tile floors throughout the entire house keeps things clean. Ceiling fans are in every room. We also have central air.

Dogs are welcome.

The beach is approximately 0.3 miles away. It takes most guest about 5 minutes to walk there. You can also walk to the hotel bars, restaurants, golf cart & scooter rentals. We are about 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, & more. There is also an award winning miniature golf course and batting cages called Hawaiian Rumble Golf and Batting Cages a few blocks away.

We also rent out the following items for an additional fee: Backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, and beach cooler on wheels. We only rent to our own guests that are staying with us. Ask us for more info and a price list.

Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. No Exceptions. Absolutely no smoking inside the home and no parties. There is plenty of room in the driveway, it can fit a pickup truck and an RV. Please do not park in front of the home or on the lawn area. The driveway has plenty of space. The fence offers privacy for the back patio and side of the house.

Please do not take any bath towels or any linens/comforters to the beach. These towels are specifically for you to shower whether using the inside shower or outdoor shower in the home.

Please respect our rules and our home. We put a lot of time and effort in to making this place feel like you’re home away from home.

This is a very central location to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.
