The HOA strictly enforces its parking regulations, including towing, and we cannot provide additional parking passes.



**Motorcycles, boats, and trailers are not permitted.**

**No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking occurs, the full security deposit will be retained.



**Parking:** Only two parking passes are provided. Additional vehicles must find alternative parking.



**Vehicle Restrictions:** Motorcycles, boats, and trailers are not permitted.
