This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

Great location, timely property managers, needs owner attention

Location was great, probably the best property management team we’ve encountered, but the owner needs to address many items. Floor, ceiling fans, fridge, power outlets, kitchen, etc
 a little investment and updates and this could easily be a 5 star rental.

Perfect location!! Minor issues.

First of all this property is in a 10/10 location. It is far enough from the main road that there is minimal traffic but SUPER convenient to everything the beach has to offer. The beach is a quick walk across a quiet street. The views from three of the bedrooms are very nice. The fourth bedroom is tucked in the back corner of the house with no view at all. The home is very large and can easily accommodate a large family. My kids LOVED the game room and the hot tub and spent the majority of their time in those two spaces. The kitchen has what you need. The downsides - the home has a VERY strong presence of mold. After day two we all got the stuffy noses and coughs that come with not great air quality. The incredible shower pictured in the main bedroom doesn’t actually have all those sprayers. Only the main one works. The toilet rocks back and forth. The floors in the home are VERY uneven and VERY soft in spots so be aware if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The blinds on the main bedroom sliding door are few and far between. Had to hang a blanket from the head rail so no one from the street could look in while we sleep. The door in the middle room needs a new lock. The current lock is completely rusted and the door handle is super loose and kind of just hanging there. This home is beautiful but the money used on the overall decor of the house should have went into actual repairs. As much as we would love to stay again, the mold is a deal breaker for us.

Small problems but cured quickly.

First off I normally don't leave reviews for anything but this one deserves it. When we first arrived the hot tub was not able to be used because of being dirty. I informed the company taking care of the property and when we returned from golfing the next afternoon it was taken care of and ready for use. Then on Thursday when we returned from golfing the house felt warm but I wrote it off to being an older AC and just couldn't keep up with the heat of the day. When we returned the next afternoon the house was really hot and I realized that the outside unit wasn't running. I contacted the after hours phone number and got a callback within 10 minutes and 30 minutes later a technician was there to take care of the problem. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!! Highly recommended place to stay. I will be back.

Family Fun

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Great location!

Great location and great size for a big family! only issues we had were the strong mold smell in the house, the clothes washer spin cycle doesn't get much water out so we had to run it three times and the floors didn't get cleaned well before we arrived. also just for reference, there is no crockpot, for whoever is wondering. overall though, fit our needs and being able to walk down to the beach was what we loved the most.

Fall beach vacation with family

The location and size of this home was ideal. Just steps to the beach. There is two other homes being built right behind this house and construction was noisy at times but no fault of the owners of those managing the property. For the most part it was clean. We swept behind the night stand when we pulled it out to plug in CPAP machine. There was quite of bit of debris and spider webs etc. behind there. When we first walked in there was a musty smell throughout the house. We didn’t notice it much as the week wore in. I think we got used to it. The large dining room table was great for family meals, conversation, card playing and dominoes. Just as a suggestion, I would highly recommend putting hooks in bathrooms for towels and other items. 4th bedroom behind garage needs places to store clothes. There is no closet in there. Overall it was a good week. We didn’t use game room much due to musty smell. Also washing machine did not drain properly. A few things like hooks, closet space, figuring out ventilation system to get rid of smell would be a bonus.

Overall, nice property

We really enjoyed our time and the space was perfect for our group. There were a few minor construction things that haven't been completed, we even found a punch list in the garage. We were happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location was perfect. The cooking utensils were not organized at all, so we had to open every cabinet to find what we needed. There also isn't basics like salt and pepper so plan on bringing stuff from home or making a grocery trip. We'd stay again though, with a little more preparation.

Great location but not up to cleaniless standards

The house had a great location walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, when entering the home it had a very bad smell like mold. The air filters haven't been changed, the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty and not changed or washed. In the pictures online the garage looks to be very nice and clean with a lot of space to utilize the games in there... not the case, it's so dirty I didn't even want my kids going in there. The air hockey table is so close to the pool table you can't even play. The pool table is falling apart and one of the pac man games doesn't even work.

A Good Budget Option for Families

It was ok. The structure of the home was odd as there were a lot of random add-ons made over time to the property. Nonsensical entry & exit areas that were weird, etc. For the bad? The garage housed an attempt at creating some sort of gaming area that was a big miss. Better just to shut that whole garage down or truly invest in it. The area was so filthy and dirty I wanted to take a shower after being in there for 5 minutes. Some of the games were in bad shape & the washer/dryer I wouldn’t have touched even with gloves on. The decor was kinda from the 90’s and where money on upgrades was actually spent didn’t make sense, I.e., the master bathroom shower with multiple nobs and shower heads versus spending it on a decent washer/dryer, or fixing the stairs to the jetted tub, or addressing the fridge that had green ice cubes? The security cameras were plug & play, so they could just be unplugged right from the outdoor sockets to disarm. There was a stale mold-like oder throughout the house, but that is not uncommon in places so close to a beach. Now for the good? Functionally-wise, it works very well for a family, giving everyone there own spaces and plenty of room. THAT was great! The location was fantastic. Right down the street from the main road provided easy access to get to any and everywhere. Although you couldn’t really see the beach from the house, it was very close w/easy access to it & beach chairs were provided w/the house. Overall, it worked well for a family of 5.

Great quiet place for a vacation. But convenient to everything

The property was nice! Had a musty order when we got there but bought so air fresheners and it was fine. The only complaint is it would have been nice to have some extra towels and blankets. Overall great place. We had 8 people and 1 guests one night. There was plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all shops and restaurants.
