Simply the best 1650 sq. ft. PENTHOUSE condo in Mar Vista Grande! Please read our many 5 Star guest comments and send inquiries with any questions through VRBO. The host fees are for fresh bed linens, towels, starter toiletries and departure cleaning. No additional administrative fees charged. You can reserve Unit 1403 by following the website directions.

Located on the 14th floor of the FOUR DIAMOND resort it will far exceed your rental expectations. Even better, renters go directly to the condo upon arrival - no line and waiting to check-in! Only the 14th and 15th floors are Penthouse floors with quality upgrades throughout. One of only 20 condos with a single door private entrance in a building of 160 units. Owners winter in condo so the unit looks exactly like the pictures - clean, sanitized, constantly updated, well-maintained and fully stocked. You won't be disappointed upon arrival!

Professionally decorated, the unit is completely upgraded not like the typical unit. It has maple cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceramic tile floors, plush carpet, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, wet bar and wine cooler. There is an oversized walk-in glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom. All 3 tubs have grab bars to ensure safe usage. Unit is cleaned and sanitized for the next guest to promote health safety.

The balcony, largest in the Mar Vista Grande, offers outside dining, rocking chairs and relaxing on two full size cushioned lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and North Myrtle Beach. The balcony has both sun and shade.

View a 60” Samsung Smart television with a superb high definition/digital picture and sound bar. Record your favorite shows on the available DVR. Leather sofa has recliners on both ends plus matching recliner. An overstuffed chair adds to the ambiance of the living room. Master bedroom has a 55” Vizio Smart TV. Two other bedrooms have 40” Samsung Smart televisions. Along with central air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans. Furniture, bedding, mattresses, carpets, small kitchen appliances, regular and Keurig coffee maker etc. are updated. Nothing in the condo is used or second hand. Wireless internet available throughout. Starter toiletries provided. Please bring amount needed for a longer stay.

Our family had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation and we really felt right at home in this condo. It was very meticulous, clean, and had the necessary essentials to start our stay, stress free. The pictures really don’t show off its unique features and charm as you will experience in person. This condo accommodated our family of 9 well with plenty of room to spread out and it very much felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this without hesitation. A North Myrtle Beach Gem

Well kept, nicely furnished and spacious layout on the 14th floor. Easy in and out access. Right on the beach. Indoor and ourdoor pools plus a lazy river poot and hot tub. Indoor pool was a big hit and life saver with grandkids when weather turned bad. Very close to US Hwy 17 and lots of restaurants. Grocery stores close by. All the amenities without all the loud noise noise of Myrtle Beach.

Perfect rental

My family and I loved everything about this rental. May was super easy to work with and was very accommodating. The rental was quick and easy to get into when you were checking in. The unit was very clean and updated. All of the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for your clothes, food etc. The elevators were quick and there was plenty of parking in the garage. We liked the pools and closeness to the beach. Overall, we had no complaints and would absolutely return and recommend this rental.

Sister Fun!

We had a great time! After an 8 hour drive, we were so happy and relieved to arrive to a very clean and nicely decorated condo, and we were able to quickly relax outside on the deck to enjoy the beautiful views! The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed to have breakfast and a few spaghetti dinners.. Loved having three bathrooms!! The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, along with the recliners that were perfect for movie night!! Fortunately the weather was prefect, and we were able to enjoy the beach and have drinks at the pool!! The week flew by, and we were sad to leave :(

Great long weekend stay

This ocean view 3 bedroom condo was spotless and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The owners emailed the directions to park and enter the unit and even allowed us to come early since the condo was ready. We used the beautiful pools on premises. It’s also a great spot on Ocean Drive. We definitely will contact them for future stays.

Amazing

From the moment we parked the car everything was smooth sailing. The resort itself requires a code for entry into the parking garage and the building. The minute you walk in to resort it smells and looks fantastic no wait for the elevators no check in at a desk. The room was exactly as described, clean very roomy, beautiful view, there is an abundance of pots, pans, dishes everything you need. The host is very nice and helpful she even messaged that our room was available for early check in. I highly recommend this rental and we will be back.

This place was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. The check in and check out directions were very detailed and clear! We weren't left trying to figure anything out on our own. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We felt very much at home during our family vacation. The only thing to be aware of is that while the master bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two bathrooms have a tub/shower that has a very high step in height. This was a challenge for my parents, but we made everything work without any major issues. If I were to return for another family vacation, I would rent again without hesitation.
