Upstairs Unit - 2 Blocks to the Beach - Swimming Pool & Hot Tub

Both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit are available separately (different listings) from January to April and from Labor Day to December each year. Starting in April and running through Labor Day, the house is restricted to an entire house rental only.

Why would you want to stay in a crowded high rise condo building and wait for elevators... luggage carts....etc. Plus, most of the time you have to park in a garage across the street... drag your family and belongings all over just to get to your room? Resort fees? Who needs those? ;). The high speed internet (100 down, 10 up) is included and not shared with 500 other people.

Holly's Haven offers on site parking (right in the driveway). No parking garages here... park up front, walk right to the house. A private entry staircase is to the left of the house. Have a motorcycle that needs a cover? We have a covered car port area as well for your use!

This is the upstairs unit of a two story duplex. Both floors have identical floor plans and their own private entrances. This unit has a grill right outside the door for your exclusive use! Excellent outside deck with a view to the ocean!

Enjoy your next beach vacation in fun, family friendly North Myrtle Beach. We are in the Crescent Beach section which is extremely family friendly and not crowded! We're where people in Cherry Grove come for vacation!

If you are interested in booking the entire house, you can check out the availability and book via VRBO 2068046. Both floor plans are exactly the same (upstairs and downstairs)!

Holly's Haven is a tastefully decorated rental with a vintage beach cottage vibe and private, on-site parking.

The Haven promises to take you back to your favorite beach vacations as a child but with all of the modern conveniences you enjoy at home. Two bedroom second floor lodging with one full bath, (an additional updated & attached full bath with exterior entrance which makes potty breaks, while enjoying the pool & back yard, easy and quick.

You may just want to enjoy a quick after beach shower while a cocktail awaits poolside)!

Full kitchen/living area equipped with a pull out, full sized sofa bed. One bedroom features a king size bed, the other with two twins and a pull out trundle. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Linens and towels are supplied with on site laundry at your disposal.

There are TV's in each room with full cable packages and premium channels can be enjoyed in the living area. Holly's Haven features a beautifully landscaped back yard with a semi in ground salt water pool. It's equipped with all of your grilling needs with plenty of room to sit and eat with family and friends or to just lounge in the sun Just a two minute beach view walk to the beach! The beach features water sports such as banana boat rides, parasailing and designated surfing areas within a block of the public beach access.

Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy a more comfortable, home away from home, experience?

Myrtle Beach (just next door) is a bustling hub of tourist activity. Definitely fun to visit but North Myrtle is where it's at for your relaxing beach vacation. So come to Holly's Haven! We promise you'll come back.

Wonderful Getaway

We absolutely loved Holly's Haven with it's cute decor and unique DIY designs. It was just like the pics and Neal was super nice. It was in a convenient location and the beach was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

Great Getaway!

We had such a great time staying at Holly's Haven! It was the perfect location for just the 2 of us to get away from things and enjoy the beach. We loved being so close to the beach and having our own space to retreat when we were done for the day. Neal was so nice and communicative and we look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful home, great location, and a very responsive and friendly owner. I highly recommend! Everything was just as pictured and the decor is perfect for a relaxing beach house. The upstairs covered porch, the outside bathroom/shower, and the onsite washer/dryer were also terrific features. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Choice!

Everything was clean, well maintained and as advertised. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the beach, close to the rest of our family, and yet far enough away that we felt like we were in another world. Communication with management was easy, instructions for the property were concise and easy to follow. We'll certainly make this our first choice next time we're in the area!

Great Getaway During Covid

I took my 3 kids (ages 8, 11, and 20) on a getaway for 5 nights and we had a great time. We drove down from Maryland, and this space was just right for us. It had everything we needed. The property description online is 100% accurate and Neal was very responsive and great to work with. The beach is a quick walk, and there is lots to do in the area. We mostly relaxed inside and on the beach given covid, but there were lots of restaurants to enjoy great take out. We will be back!

Amazing Stay!

Our young family had a lovely stay at this property! Great community, easy walk to the beach with the kids, quick walking access to various groceries and supplies. The maintenance on the house isn't perfect but it was very clean, smelled nice, and had an abundance of amenities! -Hot tub -Pool -Outdoor shower -Full sized washer & Dryer -Large comfortable balcony with nice views -Grill -Oh... and the ms pacman game was a fun touch. I spent too much time going after the high score!😅

Have stayed here twice!

We just enjoyed our second stay here this summer. Neal is good to work with; very responsive to messages and very friendly. The property is as advertised. My only thoughts or suggestions on what could be improved: The cooking utensils are a bit sparse and it would have been nice to have kitchen linens (dish rags, drying towels, etc.) provided along with the bath linens. Otherwise, no complaints. The keypad entry is convenient for coming and going, the furnishings are nice, and the proximity to the beach is great.

Neil was awesome with communication and always responded within a couple of minutes. The house had such a cute modern beach vibe to it, I enjoyed looking at all the little details of the place. The pool in the back was perfect during the day while laying out and then the hot tub was perfect for when it got a little chilly at night. My favorite part was being able to see and even smell the ocean from the front deck. The whole place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! This is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would come back!

Unbelievable location. Had a great time.

My wife, daughter, son and I all arrived at Holly's Haven at it is GREAT. It's about a two minute walk to the beach and the patio has an outstanding view. The weather was somewhat non-cooperative, but there were games there for us to play and the internet/television worked great. We walked to Molly Darcy's as Neal had suggested in his information (which was AWESOME) - and had a blast. We really enjoyed the restaurants near by and the Flying Fish at Barefoot Landing. The rental was tastefully decorated and a great value. I can't tell you how nice it is to park in front of a house and walk right in. All of the other rentals out there are in those high rise buildings with parking decks across the street. Here, park, walk in - 3 seconds. We are already planning on coming back in 2019.

Cute cottage

Cute cottage. A little small for us with 3 active kiddos. The second bedroom is too small to pull out both trundles but could make it work for a quick trip (2-3 nights). Also, there’s no indoor table to eat together as a family. The island also houses the stove-top which made me nervous with children. Proximity to the beach was great and aside from a few aging furniture items the place felt clean. You can see the ocean from the upstairs patio which was lovely. The toaster was broken and Neal was responsive and allowed us to grab the toaster from the downstairs unit. We would return to Holly’s Haven and rent both units next time for the added space! Thank you, Neal!

Perfect little getaway spot

Our stay was short and it rained the entire time but with the amenities and set up of this house, it wasn’t hard to entertain our 4 and 5 year old and we still had a great time! We did some swimming in the rain in the awesome pool out back, which my oldest daughter learned to swim in while visiting!! The location to everything was by far my favorite out of the past 3 times I’ve visited north Myrtle, so this house will forever be on my list of go to’s. The kids and I walked to get ice cream just down the road one night. And walking to the beach in the sprinkling rain on our last night to treasure hunt with our metal detector was one of my girls’ favorite memories there. Neil was very easy to work with and would literally respond to messages within minutes. He runs a great rental business, we really appreciate staying and all the amenities you provided. Very hospitable. We’ll be back next year for sure! (For more than 3 days next time 😉)

Hollys Havens is a Happy Place

Hollys Haven is everything I look for in a beach house. First of all lets get this straight it's a beach house not a 5 star luxury penthouse. If you are looking for that then move along but if you are looking for a comfortable well equipped clean retro house with modern amenities in a good neighborhood within a short stroll to the ocean thats affordable then you have found the spot. Neal is very helpful. I contacted him before I booked with a few questions and he was very quick to respond and during our stay I discovered something that I wanted to bring to his attention and again he was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay at Hollys Haven again!
