Welcome to North Myrtle Beach.....

Once you stay with us, there's a good chance you'll want to come back again and again! We are right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, about one mile from downtown Ocean Drive, the Shag Dancing Capital.

Our fabulous, 8 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath villa is located across the street from the ocean, with a new, easy access to the beach. Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas, unit 201, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toasters . . . everything for normal cooking and dining needs.

The dining area will easily seat 16, and the spacious living room features a comfortable, beach life décor with a 60 inch flat screen TV to enjoy.

All bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. Jetted tub in the Master bath, four bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Large game room with pool table and 55 inch TV, along with kid friendly DVD's and video games. Two shaded balconies overlook the pool and Ocean Boulevard.

For larger family gatherings, we offer a second villa (213067) to provide your party with twice the accommodations under one roof . . . for a total of 16 bedrooms!

The area is full of family amusements and exciting attractions that the whole family will enjoy and when you reside at Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas you will be close to them all. Practice your golf swing at a local driving range before setting a tee time at one of the 100 Myrtle Beach golf courses. Enjoy happy hour at an oceanfront balcony before settling in for a delicious meal at a local seafood restaurant.

Peruse the variety of shopping destinations Myrtle Beach offers before taking in a musical performance at a live theatre. Rent a Sea Doo for an oceanic ride, soar high on a parasail or reel in dozens of fish on a fishing charter. All within minutes of Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas.

Come stroll our wide, sundrenched beaches, dotted with colorful umbrellas, or relax in a cool place with a cold beverage. Summer, winter, spring or fall, ANYTIME is a good time to plan your vacations and get-aways with us!

The Carlisle Family

Additional Rental Information:

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weekly only June thru August. Minimum Rental Age 30 years. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may NOT exceed the maximum occupancy (16) set forth in the Property Description.

Our Security Company requires the names and ages of each guest, with deposit. More than the maximum number of guests will be considered overcrowding, and will not be allowed entrance to our unit. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Company who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the unit, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner to the liability for additional service charges.

Our Security Company also requires make, model, color of auto and license tag for all autos, two weeks before arrival. Four autos is the maximum for our unit. Additional autos will not be allowed to park on property. If you decide to rent a golf cart, the cart is considered one of your autos.

You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 8 p.m. And 8 a.m.

Guests will be issued one bath towel and one wash cloth to use during your stay, per our linen package. If you require additional towels, you must supply them.

Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with prepayment are excluded.

This place was perfect! There was plenty of room for our group to move around and not be in each other’s way. The neighborhood was quiet and laid back. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by if you had to grab something. The host never left me hang, he responded back very quickly if I had question. I wish the hot tub and pool was bigger, but not big deal really. I will definitely be back.

Awesome condo!

There was so much space and only steps from the beach! The pool is very small and shared, the parking is extremely tight, and we had people staying around us who were loud, but those were the only negatives. Tim was very responsive and overall we had a great time!

A Great Place in a Fantastic Location

Overall our stay was very good and I would definitely book this property again. It is very spacious and definitely accommodates a large group. The A/C went out downstairs about halfway through our trip. I communicated the issue to the owner, and he advised that we turn the unit off to see if that would resolve the issue. Once it didn't, he quickly got a maintenance team out to fix it. My only real critiques are that the listing pictures need to be updated. There is no longer a sectional couch in the living room - it's been replaced with two recliners and two small couches. Also, master bathroom could use a little more attention - just basic things like putting in a decent shower curtain and floor mat could make a big difference. Overall, a nice place at a good property and great location. Wouldn't take much to change my listing to 5-star.

Very nice villa! We had 10 adult golfers. Each had their own comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Has everything you need for a large group. Among of the best VRBO I've ever rented.

Spacious Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was very spacious for a large group. Nice bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a group of 20. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking for a group and plenty of seating for all of us. We would stay again! Parking was a little difficult. Larger vehicles had to pull up and back up multiple times to get in parking spots and after 4ish there was not enough parking. Cars parked everywhere, even in none parking spots. Our young adult kids went out one night and when they returned they had to park in front of the trashcan. Everyone that was parked in non parking spots tried there best to not block anyone and our daughters vehicle was not towed and we moved it the next morning as soon as a spot was available.

Enough room for 4 families

During our stay, four families occupied this unit: Grandpa and Grandma, son and wife and two teenage children, granddaughter and husband and 3 little children (ages 5,3 and 1) and a second granddaughter and husband with one child (age 1). There were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The younger generation enjoyed the nearby beach. With four little kids, there was a lot of noise, but 95% of it was happy noise, which is more than OK! I did get some quiet time when I went onto the deck to read. All in all, it was a really nice vacation, enjoyed by all, and we may well repeat it next year.

Great Family Get Away

Great weekend spot for a large family get together. Plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for all. Large dining area and hang out area. The rental is huge, clean and just across the street from a lovely beach. The beach across from the rental is the only one with a life guard station for several blocks. This should give families some peace of mind. Tim was lovely to work with. Thanks for a great stay.
