Brand New Oceanfront Home located in the heart of Central Eleuthera W/ Generator

Coastal Breeze is a brand new home with majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our home can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom home. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a separate (extra cost) private entrance King size room on the lower garden level with full bath and private laundry facilities is available if needed. This home is air conditioned throughout, has star link internet services, smart TV, full kitchen with all brand new appliances, and a TV /sitting room overlooking the beautiful pond with amazing sunsets. Our home is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beautiful island of Eleuthera and best of all our caretakers are just a few houses away. In addition, we have a brand new back up generator if the power ever goes out. Your hosts have had over 30 FIVE STAR REVIEWS ON VRBO with their past VRBO listings and is looking forward to providing each guest with an unforgettable Eleutherean experience.

Amazing house in quiet, beautiful neighborhood overlooking the Atlantic. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was exceptionally clean, up-to-date, and gorgeous views. Laura provides so many extras that we wanted, and is very proactive to assure everything is perfect! This vacation spot is definitely hard to beat!

What a great house. We've been coming to Eleuthera for 15 years and this was probably the best house we've rented yet. It was perfectly located to see all of the island, which we do on most of our trips. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 people, each room was spacious with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom and bath were really great. The star of the show was the kitchen. There was every appliance imaginable and it made cooking for our group a breeze. The owner and caretaker were terrific to work with making us feel right at home. I cannot say enough good things about this house, we plan to come back here for our next stay.

This house was perfect for our family. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. Quiet, private location. Loved sitting on the deck, exploring the beach. Did not see anyone else on the beach the entire week. Great restaurants nearby. Generator was super convenient with a couple of power outages during the week.

Senior Grad Trip

The location of this property was excellent. Far enough that you felt like you were on an island away from everything, but close enough to amenities. We spent every day at a beach 8 minutes away that was nearly empty every day- Ten Bay beach. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed.

A beautiful paradise..

Laura was a wonderful host - responsive and welcoming. The house is amazing and just a few steps away from a long stretch of beach. It is clean, cozy and offers a lot of amenities that we used during our week stay. It has everything you need - beach towels, beach chairs etc.. Highly recommend it!!Thank you for letting us stay.

Perfection!

We loved everything about this house- its location (perfect for exploring the whole island), the view (right on the ocean), its cleanliness (EXTREMELY clean- and I am picky!), the best kitchen with everything you need, beautiful bathrooms, I could keep going- every living space was perfect and comfortable. We stayed with our adult children but it would be great for a family of all ages! The owner and house manager were great with communication- prompt and helpful in all ways. They both have great recommendations for the island (there is a nice binder at the house - but they were also super responsive to all questions!). We fell in love with Eleuthera and its people - there is so much to do and such diversity of options- beach time, hiking, caves, inland blue holes, Friday night fish fry... and this house was the perfect home base for exploring it all!

Simply amazing Eleuthera property

The pictures of this property, while amazing, do not do it justice. It is even more beautiful in person. My wife and I have been coming to Eleuthera for 13 years now and have never stayed in a property as well appointed, with all the items to make a beach vacation complete, as this one. The host was exceptional from checking on us to working with us when we had to move dates. The generator was a great addition as we lost power several times during the night which is not uncommon for Eleuthera. If you are looking for an amazing house close to some of the best restaurants and beaches on Eleuthera then this is where you should stay. (Close equals within about 15 minutes).

Fantastic Home

My husband, 13 year old son and I stayed at this house for a little over a week. The home had everything you could possibly imagine needing for a beach vacation (beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, games, puzzles, books, etc. It was much more modern than many of the places we have stayed at (been coming to the island for 17-ish years). The owners were extremely responsive when we had a "glitch" with the internet and helped us trouble shoot and get back up and running. This would be a great property to rent if you have smaller kids. There is a "den" off the main living area with a separate t.v. that would allow younger kids to wind down with a show after a long day of sun and sand while the adults visit in the main area. I can't say enough good things about this place. We hope to be back!!

Perfect Island Getaway

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of rentals on Eleuthera and Coastal Breeze is one of the very best. We took a chance booking with this new property and we were absolutely blown away at every turn. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout, this rental was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking during your trip and the BBQ grill on the back deck gives even more flexibility. Plenty of seating in the spacious living room with all the games & puzzles you need for the perfect relaxing evening. The beds were so comfortable we dropped right to sleep every night and the generator helped keep us running during the island electricity breaks (it happens occasionally but we barely noticed). Laura was so helpful during our entire trip and answered all our questions before and during, even connecting us with a local seafood hookup delivered right to our door, what could be better?? Don’t forget the endless Bahama blue ocean right out the front door and plenty of beach chairs to relax in. We loved Coastal Breeze and already know we’ll be back again.

Incredible Vacation

Everything about our stay was top notch. Coastal breeze met and exceeded all our expectations. We loved laying out overlooking the beautiful Ocean and star gazing at night the most. The house is ideally located and close to great restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and the caretakers were extremely nice and very helpful. I can't wait to be back again hopefully next year.

Fantastic house and location

The combination of the great house and amazing view of the ocean could not be beat. Also the whole house generator was a huge plus. I would strongly recommend this property!!
