Just Like Being At Home- Newly Renovated Unit
Fully furnished, remodeled, private entrance & front row parking, free Wi-Fi, & the perfect place to relax. This is the perfect location to stay since Jay Peak is only about 9 miles away, we are right next to the VAST & VASA trails so you can enjoy snowmobiling & four-wheeling, Newport & Lake Memphremagog is only 15 minutes away, & Canada is about 1 mile away. This newly renovated unit is certainly convenient for any leisure's or interests you may have!
Nice little place to stay, it was exactly what we was looking forâŠstove, refrigerator, bed, showerâŠperfect for a couple to stay while traveling around the state. I would definitely stay again Nice little back yard and a gas grill and charcoal grill
We found this rental to be very convenient distance from Jay Peak and although smaller accommodated our family of 4 well. We tend to make our own meals and the full size appliances and stocked cabinets made this easy. Very easy accessing our gear with parking right outside our door. Thanks Again!
This is very well equipped for the size. It was a good home base for skiing at Jay Peak, but definitely a bit tight for a family of 4 (I was expecting it to be this way as the photos really are very accurate for what you are getting). Good place on a budget and served us well to ski at Jay for a couple of days!
It was exactly as Caitlyn described. A lot of extra things provided you donât expect rentals to include. Iâm happy I didnât have to pay an extra fee for my pup and she even felt comfortable there. A small hiccup at check out but it was a nice rental for the $.
We recently stayed for two weeks and enjoyed ourselves. We were looking to just get away and rest up, so it was great for us. We did make some suggestions for changes: grab bars in shower, moving furniture so two people could easily use queen bed, hooks on inside of bathroom door for clothing, but nothing really outstanding. We were able to eat out for dinner every night, either at the taco take-out on F,Sa, and Sun. or the new The Toasted Bun, on the other nights. The convenience store also had a deli so we could order from there. We cooked our other meals in our apt. which was fully outfitted for cooking. We would definitely stay again.
Didnât spend too much time here but worked perfect as a place to crash after skiing at Jay Peak. The taco place across the street was an added bonus!
We stayed here to ski at Jay Peak and take a day trip to Montreal. All worked out really well. The price is a bargain compared to $600 a night at Jay Peak Resort!
The host is easily the best host I have had hands down. She is so clear on her expectations, very communicative, and a joy to speak with. I really hope hockey brings us up to North Troy again because we will rebook
amazing place! Everything was very clean and new. Caitlyn is an excellent host, she made sure we were all set with everything. Cell phones service is spotty up there but her communication was quick! We had a wonderful time.
Great little place to stay when skiing at Jay Peak
We stayed at this cozy little place when we skied at Jay Peak. We had 3 adults, 1 teenager and a puppy. With all our ski stuff it was a little tight, but perfect place to get a good nightâs sleep. Caitlyn was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
My 2 boys and I stayed in this 1-room studio for a ski weekend at Jay Peak. For the three of us, it was perfect. Lovely bedding and very comfortable beds, lots of towels, a Keurig with coffee and creamers, toiletries provided, and very quiet. Convenient location just 15 minutes from the ski resort. Iâm glad I decided to leave my 2 80-pound dogs at home. It would have been a bit small for them, especially since we had over a foot of snow and they would have made a mess. In any case, I highly recommend this little place for a weekend getaway.
the place is clean and nice and it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the only issue we had was being harassed by a neigbor, not sure us being Hispanic played a part on this issue, but he didn't harrased the other person staying at the other unit, just us. he parked his pick-up truk in from of our unit, turn it on, and started to honk his horn and stepping on the gass like he was about to run us over, my kids got really scared and started crying, we had never been harrased because of our race before, this is the first time me staying on a vrbo, and it will be the last, not because of the host or the place, but you never know what kind of neighbors one will encounter, i think is safer to stay in a hotel, specially when one is not white.
This place was perfect as a launching pad for active excursions through the NEK, and Caitlin is super responsive, friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as advertised; no surprises. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Bonus: thereâs a brand new taco stand just a 100-yard walk away with tasty, cheap, homemade tacos.
