This beautifully decorated townhouse is located at the Racoon Run Trail at Jay Peak. It is ski-in/ski-out, filled with natural light, and located on a dead end street. The bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has their own private space and are fitted with memory foam mattresses. There are several resort amenities to take advantage of such as arcades, a spa, and a golf course.

Jay Peak is filled with activities through all four seasons and offers plenty of amenities to keep the family fun going. At the resort, there is also an indoor waterpark and a recreation center with a climbing gym, arcade, and movie theater. If you are looking for off resort fun, you will find hiking, biking, kayaking, and a Salt Cave Spa nearby.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
