Family Long Weekend Getaway

It was an upstairs side of the property room but you could still sit on the balcony and see the water. Plus the beach was just a few steps away. Very convenient to water, town and anything else in the area.

Weekend get away

Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen! Inside was updated and very comfortable. Was me, my husband, and adult daughter. Our king bed was very comfortable. Pullout coach would benefit from a little extra padding but otherwise it was perfect. Checkin was easy and on-site manager very helpful. Communication very prompt and responsive. Definitely an A+!

Our unit was a gem ! beautifully updated and decorated. Oversized with kitchen, living room , bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We had a great stay on a Fall getaway. On site help was fabulous with any questions and local suggestions. Highly recommended .

Great Location, Great Condo Unit.

There was so much that is GREAT about this location, that I'm going to start with what is wrong. #1) It needs a dishwasher. #2) It needs exhaust fans for both bathrooms. #3) The 10 digit code to get in is too long. It needs to be shortened to 4 digits. Most places use the last 4 digits of your phone number which makes it easy to remember. My wife had the code on her phone and went to get something from our car and didn't take her phone with her. Meanwhile I was in the bathroom. She came back and was locked out. There she stood, banging on the door for me to let her in, and I couldn't hear her. Shorten the entry code!!! Having said what's bad, now let me tell you that this place is Outstanding. We are taking a 24 day tour of the New England States. We are staying in 6 different VRBO rentals in 6 different states. This was the 5th place of the 6 where we are staying. And so far - It's The BEST! It was spacious and clean. It had 2 large beautiful bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub, and the other has a large walk-in shower. It has a wonderful king bed!!! It has plenty of big windows to let the light in. It has a nice kitchen area with lots of lighting. The balcony is small, but it gets the job done. So if you don't mind washing your dishes. If you don't mind not having exhaust fans in the bathroom. And if you don't mind having to punch in WAY TOO MANY entry code numbers, then I promise you that you will LOVE this place. It is SO SO Spacious and Convenient.

We are non smokers - all types- and I forgot to check- my bad!

To look for that on app- my bad!!! Left all windows open and turned off AC and it was almost breathable by the time we left- I ll check that box next time for sure! Otherwise spotless condo!

Good Location with Some Complaints

This was a beautiful location with the beach in the backyard. Sadly, we had a few minor issues within the room. The shower handle is loose, the outlet by the TV in the bedroom does not work, and the remote for the TV's were in the wrong rooms. It was sad as we could not speak to anyone there about our stay. The couches were also pretty outdated and uncomfortable for the price paid. The number associated with this location was not helpful when we called, as they seemed clueless about room check in/check out times. Other than these issues, it was a beautiful location. The beach was amazing! Just wish the price matched the quality.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay last week. The property was very clean, beautiful, and updated. The close and easy location near P-Town was something that we loved the most (about a 10 minute drive). The check-in process was extremely easy as well. The only recommendation we would have would be to put a room darkening curtain in the window, as the sun rises directly outside which woke us up pretty early. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.
