Primary Suite – Features a queen bed, access to the balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-full bunk beds with an additional twin trundle bed.

Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.



🚗 Parking

Dedicated space for 1 car included with your unit, plus an additional permit for guest parking for one additional car (two parking spaces), as well as ample street parking in the neighborhood.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to the entire three bedroom condominium, including the expansive balcony with stunning water views. Inside, you are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, the open concept living and dining areas, and the in unit laundry facilities. Outside your private space, you will have access to the community outdoor pool, which is typically open from late May through early September. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is included with your stay, with additional guest parking available on a first come first served basis.

You are just a short five minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, where you can spend hours enjoying amusements, games, and iconic seaside snacks. The neighborhood is charming and family friendly, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the action. Nearby, you will find a variety of dining options ranging from casual cafes to local seafood spots, most reachable within a ten minute walk. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day by the ocean or a fun evening out, our location provides easy access to everything you need for a perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

Getting here is simple and convenient. Our condo includes a dedicated parking space for one vehicle, with additional guest parking available on a first come first served basis, and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. For those traveling by air, the Atlantic City International Airport is the closest major hub, typically reachable in about fifty minutes by car. Once you arrive in North Wildwood, you will find that most local attractions, including the beach and the boardwalk, are easily accessible by foot or a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: This property is strictly “no pets,” Guests traveling with a trained service animal should contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the best suitable accommodation.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
