I will never stay at this hotel again.
Upon check-in, I was informed that I had reserved a one-queen room, even though I am certain I paid for a king room. The confirmation only stated “standard room,” so I let it go. We were then “upgraded” to a room with two queen beds.
Unfortunately, the issues continued once we entered the room. When I attempted to use the bathroom, I discovered the toilet was clogged. I contacted the front desk and was handed a plunger, with the expectation that I would resolve the issue myself rather than having staff address it.
Later, when we tried to watch TV, a message indicated that a user agreement had not been accepted. I again contacted the front desk and was told there was no maintenance staff available to assist. At that point, we gave up on trying to resolve the issue and went to bed.
The next morning, we found dirty water sitting in the bathtub despite not having used the shower at all.
Overall, the lack of basic room readiness and support from staff made for a very disappointing stay.
