Very friendly

Lovely people, very friendly, made us most welcome. They are trying to build this hotel up, lots of Refurb work but this didn’t affect the service, the food or the drink that was served to us overall we had a great weekend and we definitely go back again

Shocking customer service

Booked the wrong date by mistake and realised straight away.Tried to contact property with no response, Hotels.com tried several times but to no avail.l was willing to change dates but to have no reply from this hotel I find quite bizarre. This may be a really nice hotel but their customer service is definitely not up to what you would expect.

We stayed here for one Night on the way to visit family in Suffolk. Great little place, room was very clean, food in the bar was great with very friendly locals to chat to. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great value with full English/continental breakfast included with the price. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Gorgeous Hotel - Wonderful Staff

Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful room overlooking the small marina on the River Ant. Comfortable and attractive room. Would highly recommend and stay again whenever I have the chance.

Very dog friendly hotel and enjoyed our stay rooms were comfy however cracked tiles in bathroom and slight mould on ceiling of bathroom which was a shame but lovely location and food and breakfast was cooked well and nicely presented staff very helpful

Had a lovely stay at this hotel after a day at Bewilderwood. Spacious and comfortable bed with a lovely sea theme to the room. Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.
