Our room was very cold. We called reception and they said we'd need to wait 2 hours for it to warm up, which it didn't...and by then it was too late to ask someone to fix it. We also ordered room service and there were bits missing from our order. A member of staff also walked into the room before check out time while we were in the bathroom. The hotel is very nice but I found the experience to be somewhat lacking.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was immaculately clean. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the young man serving was very helpful when choosing a wine to drink. I liked the fact we could easily walk to shops and restaurants near by. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

The hotel is good. Room was a bit noisy as we faced the kitchen fan extractor. Ear plugs were complimentary. Breakfast was good as well but juices not great. Good location in Norwich.

We stayed in the filby suite as we have before. Lovely spacious room rolltop bath furnishings huge shower. Slight issue the bath flooded but maintenance quickly sorted though we only stayed one night breakfast was great huge selection and biffet servjce
