What works: The house is spectacular. It is beautifully built and well laid out: bedrooms on one side, common areas on the other, with a court-yard and wide exterior stairs in-between. There was ample room for our family of 7, including at the spacious dining room table.The pool is large with several seating options around it. There is no view of the ocean, but the view of the stars on the upper deck is awesome. We didn't miss not being on the beach, as we preferred the relative quiet.After some initial problems with the AC in one bedroom (which Ydelsis fixed the next day), the house temperature was comfortable. Kendra was always responsive. Ydelsis made us a beautiful dinner our first night. What needs work: check-in was difficult. We arrived after dark, and there is no address or house name posted at the gate entry. Many times, the gate would randomly open on its own and the in-room safes were in inaccessible lock mode. The furniture was clearly once beautiful, but now the couches and scant pillows are stained, end tables chipped, and vases empty. The furniture on the upper deck (except for 2 lounge chairs) was missing. The one TV is very small. The kitchen also needs some attention: there were only 3 cooking knives (2 dull), the etching on the stove was impossible to read, many broken appliances (blender, tea kettle, etc.) This is a very high-end house with a high price tag - these are little things that could be remedied easily.
