Paradise in Nosara

Our family stayed at Casa Atrium for our Christmas holiday. Kendra, our host, immediately got in touch upon booking to help us plan our stay. She was communicative and incredibly helpful with all of the suggestions and recommendations for our family. The house is perched up on the hill overlooking Playa Guiones and is a short drive to town. The house was perfect for our family of 6- fully equipped and had everything we needed for our week long stay. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Nosara. A true gem in paradise.

Week at Playa Guiones

Perfect location for experiencing Nosara and Playa Guiones. The house had everything that we needed. There were a few things that could possibly need attention, such as the shower heads, the beach umbrella and the upstairs refrigerator, but nothing that affected our stay. The monkeys at the animal sanctuary next door kept us on our East Coast time, but the amazing Costa Rican coffee made it worth while. Aqua Tibia was fantastic for surf lessons, La Brasa had amazing steaks and Go Juice was perfect for our daily smoothies. Ydelsi and Kendra were lovely hosts.

Amazing vacation

This house was beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. Nosara is a hidden gem on the coast. It has a few beautiful beach areas with great restaurants, shops, and views. We were so pleased with this choice in area and home!

One of kind stay!

This house is absolutely stunning and is the ultimate outdoor living experience. The bedrooms are the only rooms completely closed off. When you’re hanging around the pool you are surrounded by lush greenery, giving you jungle vibes, and then you can head to the upstairs patio for a gorgeous view of the ocean. The location was also great! Kendra was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Incredible Modern Jungle Tree House with Views!

If you're looking for a modern jungle tree house vibe, this is it! We had 5 guests total and felt very comfortable during our stay. The views are amazing. The pool incredible, it was hard to leave to go to the beach. We rented ATV's and the drive to the main entrance beach was just about 7 minutes, super close to town and yet very private. Ydelsis and Kendra were very helpful with accommodating our requests, quick to reply. The built-in speakers were a treat. The main level deck is perfect for yoga in the morning too! We loved our stay and will be back.

Amazing

An absolute amazing architectural masterpiece. It’s a very well appointed vacation rental with stunning views, comfortable beds and amenities. Kendra was absolutely fantastic and an amazing host. Be prepared for multiple flights of stairs and a little bit of jungle life.

Design Masterpiece

I traveled to Nosara with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. The house was more than the pictures described. The design was beautiful and perfectly laid out for a family and larger group. There were many fantastic spaces to relax and entertain and quiet places to escape and read and relax in quiet. Kendra was a very responsive host and helped with dinner reservations, airport transfers, atv rentals and in home cooking. All of her recommendations were spot on and the the experience was wonderful. Thank you Kendra for making a memorable visit to Nosara.

Best group house in nosara!

We have been coming to nosara for many years and this is truly one of the most special properties available. Our favorite thing to do is to open up the glass windows on the top floor which create a completely open indoor outdoor experience to watch sunrise and sunset. There is daily cleaning available which makes things very easy and Kendra and Andrea are very helpful in organizing golf carts and ATVs if you need them. Only a seven minute drive to the beach, which is quite straightforward and extra security being in the gated wildlife refuge community. Great spot, 10/10!

propiedad inigualable servicio deplorable

La propiedad y las vistas son espectaculares, sin duda una de las mejores de la zona. Pero el servicio ofrecido por parte de servicio de limpieza y la propietaria es pĂ©simo. En el anuncio indica que tiene amenidades de lujo pero por ejemplo la lava platos del tercer piso nunca funciono y tenia platos adentro del huesped anterior que olĂ­an muy mal. Indicamos varias veces que no funcionaba y nunca mandaron a un tĂ©cnico a revisarla, solo venia la señora de limpieza a indicarnos que no sabĂ­amos usarla. Extrañamente el ultimo dia la misma señora indico que la lavaplatos si estaba mala pero que la propietaria no habĂ­a hecho nada al respecto. La refrigeradora del area de la piscina parecĂ­a que nunca la habĂ­an limpiado, tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros mismo. La cocina y el bbq estaban muy sucios. El fregadero de la cocina del primer piso tampoco funciono sino fue hasta que insistimos por 3 dĂ­as que lo arreglaron, el staff siempre daba excusas de todo tipo. El dĂ­a de nuestra llegada no tenĂ­amos toallas de mano ni jabon de manos en los baños. De nuevo el personal de limpieza solo puso excusas inclusive nos indicaron que con respecto a las toallas solo nos daban esas porque no tenian mas. No suministraron jabon para la ducha, ni shampoo o acondicionador como es normal en este tipo de propiedades. Las toallas y sabanas muchas estaban manchadas y de nuevo lo Ășnico que escuchamos fueron excusas por parte del staff de limpieza. Los Ășltimos dos dĂ­as hubieron muchos cortes de luz y la casa quedo funcionando con electricidad en algunas areas y en otras no, tratamos de contactar a la propietaria y nunca respondiĂł ni nuestros mensajes ni nuestras llamadas. El equipamento no esta completo no hay cantidad de vasos para la cantidad de huĂ©spedes, no hay cuchillos para preparar birn la comida. Hace falta equiparla mejor con tazones, bandejas, y suministrar basicos como papel toalla, papel higienico, servilletas, etc. Esto son cosas que normalmente se suministran en cualquier propiedad de renta y mas si se indica que es de lujo. Realmente es una lastima que tengan una propiedad tan linda y que por el mal servicio uno como cliente no pueda disfrutarla. El precio vs el servicio no lo vale.
