The apartment, located on the first floor, is an exclusive penthouse with 5 bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 10 guests. The intense Sicilian light and the warm tones of the materials create a welcoming and refined environment. The private entrance with large windows leads to a living area with large sofas, a spacious living room with a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The 5 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (2 of which are en suite), offer maximum comfort and privacy. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
