Needs improvements

Not sure about your last question as there was just a line of 7 dots for type of parking, and one answer (street parking)??? The website said the hotel had carparking but the link to 'parking information' did not work. A little misleading as after I had booked I found out that car parking was a private car park across the road at a discounted rate of £8 per 12 hours, £16 a night. The staff were very good and explained all at check-in. The hotel needs to be soundproofed as there was noise coming in from the corridor in addition to street noise. And we were on the 5th floor! Bed was comfy, the bathroom was roomy but lacked a low light, so the whole room was floodlit if you used the loo during the night. The heating was a bit hit and miss but it did heat up the room. However, we did turn it off overnight as it was quite noisy. Wifi was good.

Arrived at 3:30pm and requested a bed cot for our 1 year old. Didn’t receive it until 6:50… near the babies bed time. The area is also incredibly noisy at 2-4am in the morning

Great choice for a night on the town!

Easy quick check in. Nice reception. Room clean and comfortable although a bit tired in places. It’s a city centre hotel right on a tram line so some overnight noise but not intrusive. Parking via Lace Market car park directly opposite which is a bit small and tight in places, especially on the ramps. Validated 24h parking was £16 (which is cheap for anywhere other than the station in Nottingham).

Not a great place to stay. Wont be going again.

When i arrived inoticed the side board was all chipped and horrible. When you used the sink in the bathroom it made the room smell like sewage. The Main Reception wasnt welcoming at all. He was rather rude with how he spoke to me regarding checking in. The walls are like paper. I was there with my daughter after id taken her to a sporting event in nottingham and we could hear what was going on in other rooms all night.

Great comfortable nights sleep. Comfortable beds and lot of eating options within walking distance and tram station is abroad 8 minute walk away. Ideal for me. Will defo use again and stay here.
