Awesome home in Novigrad

Villa Vatovac is located in the small quiet town of Tar in northwestern Istria. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! This modern property allows all guests to enjoy their privacy, but also offers enough space for the whole group to spend time together. Outside, the private pool and comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal - this is the best place to soak up the sun with a refreshing drink in hand. Just a few steps away you will find the gas barbecue and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy local produce or have a barbecue together in the evening. The villa also has table soccer and table tennis - fun for both adults and children!

Inside, you will feel at home thanks to the carefully selected furnishing details and cozy decor. The ground floor has an open concept and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with SAT TV. The ground floor also has direct access to the pool, which is super convenient. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms: one with a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share another bathroom. There are also 2 terraces here, one of which is covered. Enjoy the first coffee of the day on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings - you won't regret it.Tar is a charming small town near Novigrad on the west coast of Istria. The location allows you to go to the beach every day without a long drive, but if you would like to stay at home, Tar has everything you could need on vacation - restaurants, stores and the tranquility of a traditional Istrian small town. Here you can enjoy nature to the full. Stroll through the olive groves, visit the local wineries and try at least a few local products. If you like fishing, you will learn something new here, as in Tar fresh water mixes with sea water and the fish are caught in a special way.

The coastal towns of Novigrad and Porec have a lot to offer and are in the immediate vicinity of Tar. Booking these towns is a must!
