The Space:

The sound of the Pacific drifts through open doors as warm coastal air moves gently across the balcony. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking garden views, while the ocean waits just beyond the property. Days unfold easily here - a swim in the outdoor pool, a walk along the shared beach access, or a quiet pause in the hammock as palm trees sway overhead. In Nuevo Vallarta’s consistently warm climate, life settles into a relaxed rhythm shaped by sun, water, and open skies.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Soft bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades support restful nights. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron make longer stays simple. A paid crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available, along with children’s books and toys and children’s dinnerware for families traveling together.



Living spaces

Natural light fills the interior, complemented by central air conditioning to keep the space comfortable in the tropical climate. Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door offer convenience for remote work or planning your next beach outing. Smart TVs provide relaxed evenings indoors. The condo is accessible by elevator, and there are no stairs inside the home.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides space where guests can cook their own meals, along with a dining table for shared moments. Refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, oven, Otro electric stove, coffee maker: drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses are available. Dishes and silverware are provided. Please note that basic kitchen utensils are supplied as tools only - items such as oil, salt, and pepper are not offered.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or gather in the outdoor dining area for meals in the open air. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available. The property is waterfront with shared beach access, and guests may enjoy the outdoor pool and resort access within the condominium community. Beach essentials are provided for days by the water. Bikes, a kayak, sun loungers, and a hammock invite time outdoors.



Practical comforts

Free washer - In unit and Free dryer - In unit are available for your convenience. Free parking garage on premises and Free street parking are offered, subject to availability. Luggage dropoff allowed makes arrivals and departures easier. Self check-in via keypad supports flexible travel plans, and long term stays allowed - 28 days or more.



Additional notes

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay, though Cleaning available during stay can be arranged. Electricity consumption is included up to a seasonal kilowatt allowance shared after booking confirmation, with excess usage charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests, and total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted. Daytime construction noise may occasionally occur in this actively developing area, and routine fumigation is performed due to the tropical environment.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
