The Space:

The sound of the ocean blends with warm coastal air as you settle into a rhythm shaped by beach walks, poolside afternoons, and quiet mornings on the balcony. Light moves easily through the space, while the surrounding greenery and nearby shoreline create a calm, open atmosphere that feels connected to the outdoors year-round.



The condo offers a comfortable setting for up to four guests, with a layout designed for relaxed stays with family or friends. The space includes two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms, allowing everyone to settle in with ease after a day by the water.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms provide restful spaces with bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. Closet storage and thoughtful touches support both short and extended stays.



Living spaces

This single level home is accessible by elevator and has no stairs. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable in the tropical climate, while natural light flows through the living areas. Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected or focus when needed.



Kitchen & dining

A kitchen is available for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared moments. Appliances and tools support everyday cooking, giving you flexibility between dining in and exploring nearby options.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fresh air, or unwind in the outdoor pool and shared common areas. The condo includes a free washer and dryer in the unit, along with essentials for a convenient stay. Free parking garage and street parking are available, subject to availability. Self check-in via keypad allows for flexible arrival, and long-term stays are supported.



This setting is ideal for travelers looking to enjoy a slower pace by the coast, with access to both shared amenities and private space to relax between outings.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
