Two private bathrooms serve the penthouse, both with hot water. A bathtub is available in addition to the showers. After time on the beach or the terrace, an outdoor shower lets you rinse off before heading back inside - a straightforward and well-placed feature for days built around sand and saltwater.

The private terrace is the heart of this penthouse. Panoramic ocean views frame a generous outdoor space equipped with a spa-pool, sun loungers, hammock, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area. A private BBQ grill is also available - note that it is subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. From the terrace, direct beach access connects you to the shoreline in moments. Guests also have use of the outdoor pool within the condominium complex, as well as access to nearby resort facilities.

For time on the water and along the coast, the penthouse provides beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, along with bikes and a kayak. Sun loungers are available for use at the beach.

Nuevo Vallarta runs along Mexico's Pacific coast with accessible beaches and a warm climate year-round. Free garage parking is on-site, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures. Please note that due to ongoing development in the area, daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Small beach insects such as gnats are common in the region - use of repellent is recommended.

Services & important notes
The property is professionally cleaned before arrival. Cleaning services and linen changes are not included during the stay, and amenities are provided for initial use. Fumigation is performed before each reservation, with additional fumigation available during the stay if needed due to the tropical environment.
Electricity consumption is included based on the season and number of rooms and is confirmed after booking. Any excess electricity usage is charged at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt, calculated from meter readings. The nightly rate shown includes 1-5 guests, with an additional cost of approximately $20 dollars per extra guest per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including adults, children, and babies.
Self check-in is available via keypad. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrival or late departure, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
