The Space:

Soft light drifts in from the water as you settle into the rhythm of coastal living, surrounded by the steady movement of the tides and the gentle warmth of Nuevo Vallarta’s tropical air. From morning coffee outside to quiet evenings spent listening to the nearby waves, the setting invites you to unwind at your own pace. With the beach just moments away and views that keep you close to the shoreline, each day feels shaped by the ebb and flow of the waterfront.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens and clothing storage, offering a simple and comfortable place to rest between days by the water. The layout provides separation for those traveling together while keeping the space easy to navigate as a single level home with no stairs.

Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers, hot water, bathroom essentials, and space to get ready before heading out. An outdoor shower adds convenience for rinsing off after time at the beach or pool.

The kitchen offers a space where you can cook your own meals, complete with the essentials needed for preparing breakfast, snacks, or unhurried dinners at home. A dining table provides room for shared meals and conversation, and the refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker support simple day-to-day routines during your stay.



Living and connectivity

Natural light fills the living areas, creating a connection to the outdoors through large windows and an easy flow toward the private patio or balcony. A TV, Wifi, and an Ethernet connection support both downtime and remote work, and the elevator in the building includes a deep cabin and wide doorway for added ease of movement.

With its waterfront location and setting right next to a body of water, the property keeps you close to the shoreline at all times. Beach access is available for relaxed days by the water, and nearby resort access provides additional facilities for guests to enjoy. The pool and sun loungers offer a refreshing place to cool off, while the private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and outdoor dining area encourage time spent outside in the tropical climate. A private entrance and free parking garage on premises add convenience throughout your stay.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
