The Space:

Sunsets soften the horizon as warm coastal air drifts in from the water. Mornings begin with light filtering through room-darkening shades and the promise of a slow walk along the shoreline just steps away. Evenings invite you onto your private patio or balcony, where garden and city skyline views stretch outward and the rhythm of Nuevo Vallarta settles in around you.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, with 6 beds and 3 baths. Thoughtfully arranged for both connection and privacy, the layout makes it easy to gather in shared spaces and retreat when you’re ready to recharge. Cotton linens, clothing storage - closet, and a drying rack for clothing add everyday comfort, while a paid crib is available for families traveling with little ones.



Outdoor living & resort access

Set waterfront - right next to a body of water - the condo offers shared beach access for effortless days by the sea. Within the building, you’ll find an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared gym in building, along with exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. Bikes are available for exploring the surrounding area, and resort access allows you to use nearby resort facilities. The home or building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide, and there are no stairs in home for easy movement throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides space where guests can cook their own meals, with a dining table ready for relaxed breakfasts or evening dinners. Whether you’re preparing fresh local ingredients or blending drinks to enjoy outdoors, everything is arranged to make shared meals part of the experience.



Comfort & essentials

Stay connected with Wifi and enjoy the ease of self check-in via keypad. AC - split type ductless system and ceiling fan help maintain comfort in Nuevo Vallarta’s consistently warm climate. A private entrance offers a separate street or building entrance, and free parking garage on premises adds convenience from arrival to departure. The home also includes a carbon monoxide alarm, hot water, hair dryer, TV, and long term stays allowed for 28 days or more.



Within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this waterfront condo brings together beach access, resort amenities, and the ease of a single-level layout - an inviting setting for families and groups seeking time by the water in BahĂ­a de Banderas.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, in accordance with condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on the floor no.__2__ of phase no.__2_, so guests access it by elevator.

There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
