The view from the 9th floor balcony was amazing, the unit was clean and spacious and fit our group of seven adults quite comfortably, having 4.5 baths was a huge plus. It was great that they provided 8 pool/bath towels, and we also found a couple of boogie boards and pool floaties in the closet.

Great All Around!

This unit was great. My family really appreciated the spaciousness. The kitchen was well equipped, all kinds of pots and pans, plenty of dishes so we weren’t constantly washing. Having a washer and dryer was so handy. There were beach towels for use at the pool and beach as well as plenty of bath towels. There were tvs in every room though we briefly used only one. Access to the pools and beach was ideal. Beds were comfortable and had good linens. This unit is great for a family group of up to 8 people. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing holiday

Work trip paradise

I had a work trip that 3 of us needed our own room. This condo worked perfectly. We all felt like we had our own space while having so much more than just a hotel. The view is amazing and the condo was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here any time I am in PV.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment on the Beach

This beautiful apartment with stunning views of the pools and ocean is very spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The four bedroom's are comfortable and well situated for privacy - three of them are large and one is quite small. The photos are very accurate. We were a multi-generational family of 6 who reunited here for a relaxing week on the ocean, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The beach is gorgeous, the ocean swimmable, and the pools delightful. The grounds of the building are meticulously maintained. Communication with Gabriela’s property manager Patricia was excellent. We requested an extra set of keys for our large group, as well as recommendations for local grocery shopping and we were pleased with the prompt results. I highly recommend this property for a large group wishing to relax on the beach.

Great Location but Some Hiccups with Our Stay

The location and property is amazing, but I think we were the first group to stay there in a while so there were some hiccups when we first arrived. The property manager left before we arrived the first day, which was confusing, plus there was no internet for the first week of our stay. In addition, when we first arrived water from all the faucets had a really terrible sulfur smell that we were told on our second day would only go away if we ran the hot water for over an hour (after which it was fine for the rest of the stay). After those initial issues, everything was fabulous. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Beautiful Spacious Condo with a Spectacular view and in a terrific location.

Our family of 4, including 2 adult children enjoyed a marvelous 2 weeks in Gabriela's beautiful Villa Magna beachfront condo on the very wide and 8 km long beach. It was perfect for daily walks and the longer walk to Bucerius. Any few requests we had were answered promptly by our gracious property manager, Patricia. This large 4 bdm, well designed space provided lots of privacy and closet storage for each adult of our group and every convenience of home. Numerous fluffy beach towels, and white bath linen, a full bathroom for each bedroom, full laundry, dishwasher, drinking water, every kitchen small appliance you'd ever desire, a lovely patio set, loungers and drying rack on the 9th floor balcony, boogie boards, floaties and kids water toys. EVERY bathroom had a mini-hair drier and mini basic toiletries. As well, all the cleaning/laundry supplies, plastic/foil wrap,, napkins are available and non perishable foods are left in the fridge and cupboards if you missed getting something at the grocery. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, some within a 10-15 min walking and others by taxi or Uber. *Accuracy CONCERNS with the *VRBO description. A new BBQ is a must. We had planned menus to bbq our evening dinners but the charcoal bbq can not be used due to its poor condition. There is confusion between the condo use and the All Inclusive use of the Wyndham activities perhaps since it was recently sold by Drea.s.We were led to believe specifically tennis where Wyndham Ultra stated the Activity Centre at the pool provided rackets for rent but the Centre stated they didn't. As we hadn't brought our rackets with us we weren't able to take part in any of the all All inclusive tennis workshops which were used regularly by the pro and few Condo men. We were surprised and disappointed to not be allowed

Very Enjoyable 3 Weeks as Advertised

Many thanks to Patricia who manages this unit on behalf of Gabriela. Patricia was quick to respond via our connection on What’s App to a few very minor issues. She was sincere in ensuring we were happy in our surroundings. The 9th floor balcony view opens a vista of spectacular sunsets. Whales breaching in the Bay of Banderas are plentiful. We walked to 5 restaurants in darkness no more than 15 minutes at most feeling safer than night walks in our home city of Victoria. No fault of Gabriela but the Wyndham hotel security fails to enforce the no saving chair policy around the pools (1 hour max vacant rule). Unfortunately viewing the towel colours realize it is condo renters or owners that place towels on the umbrella chairs by 08:30 in the morning. Consecutive days 15 umbrellas secured 8 or more non hotel coloured towels. Trivial perhaps and does not degrade the splendid 3 weeks spent in Gabriela’s condo.

Incredible view of the Bay

This was a very roomy 4 bedroom apartment. Lots of space for everyone. The property manager was incredibly helpful and met us at the apartment. She walked us through the condo and helped up get new water bottles.

Almost Perfect

A special thankyou to Gabriela who let us rent her lovely condominium on such short notice. We had planned one last big family vacation reserving two units through VRBO at Villa Magda in Nuevo Vallarta to accommodate everyone when one condo was canceled unexpectedly a week before our trip. Since it was spring break week we knew it would be difficult to find anything but suprisingly we were able to rent this beautiful condo. It was located just a few floors above the other condo we had rented so it was super convenient for our large group. The condo was perfect for us and more than met our needs. The view from the top floor is fabulous--I could have spent all day at the lovely table on the balcony just looking out to the ocean beyond. The large table in the dining area accommodated the whole group every night to play games or have a dine in dinner. The well supplied kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in if we wanted. The beds were all comfortable and having an en suite bathroom for each was great. This condo really helped make this a special vacation for everyone.

My favorite condo

We’ve been coming to Villamagna for many years. Gabriela’s condo is my favorite condo at Villamagna. It’s always spotless, bright and has the best views of the ocean and the sunset. Always great communication with the host, never had any problems. We just came back and already miss this beautiful place!

What a VIEW.

The view was outstanding especially the sunsets. We actually saw some whales from the balcony. Our stay was fantastic. The condo was well furnished. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook in. The complex was very nice and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay there again.

The Property was exactly as described, roomy with all the essential needs. Above all, the view and the ambiance from both the balcony and inside appartment was to dream for. We chose eating at our condo over restaurants because the view cannot be improved upon. With all that being said, what made the stay at this condo so incredible was Gabriela, the owner. You felt like she was there helping you all the way, both before and during the trip. She responded to any question within hours and always wanting to meet your request. We felt like it was our home for the time and always looked forward to opening the condo door and seeing the spectacular view! Thank you Gabriela!!!
