1 BR condo units are the ultimate accommodations!! Your vacation experience starts with Luxury Residence with All-Inclusive amenities. Featuring master en suite bedroom, 2 bathrooms and fine linens and even pillow menus provide the perfect resting places. A completely appointed family living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a modern and open terrace, providing all the convenience of home –even a washer and dryer for those who want to pack light for vacation. 1 BR units require a minimum 2 adult All Inclusive Fee.

All Inclusive Resort ONLY.. The AI fees are separate from this listing price and are payable directly to the Resort. Fees are per person/night and vary by season and by age (Children 6 and under stay free - Children 7-12 pay Child AI fee - 13 and over pay Adult AI fee). Adult AI fee is approx $198 per day. Child AI fee is approx $90 per day. These fees are paid directly to Marival at check-in. All Inclusive fees are subject to change depending on dates booked. I will confirm these fees when you inquire.

All-Inclusive package includes all meals served a la carte or gourmet specialties for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, national and premium brand drinks. Includes services at the Marival Residences Luxury Resort and the sister property, Marival Emotion Resort & Suites.

These Platinum Benefits provides access to specific units. These units are potentially available any time of the year, and we can book multiple units during the same period Should you be traveling with friends or family.

When inquiring about this listing, please indicate the dates you would like to travel, how many rooms you may be interested in, and if your travel dates are flexible? (While the resort tries to provide us access to the specific dates we are looking for, having some flexibility always improves their ability to confirm the reservation.)

On confirmation of availability, we request you make the initial 100% deposit within 24 hours (at which time, you will receive a confirmation from the resort of the booking). The All Incusive fees will be paid directly to Marival when you check-in at the resort. Should you need to reschedule your trip, you can do so once by paying the rebooking fee of $200 US/week plus a change fee of $250 US/week. (The trip must be rescheduled within 90 days of original booking date, and is subject to availability).

Upon arrival to the Marival Distinct, as a Platinum member user, you will be entitled to request an upgrade (private Demi pool, Penthouse Suite, Ocean View, etc...) subject to availability.
