The Punto Novo building is an exclusive condominium with just a few units and just a few minutes from the beach at Bucerias Bay. The property has a gorgeous rooftop with a pool, loungers, and shaded dining tables and offers a simple yet comfortable stay that puts you close to attractions and restaurants.

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features a comfy sofa, a pair of armchairs, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY, where you have seating and a lovely view.

The KITCHEN is well equipped to prepare meals at home, plus a coffee maker for your morning kick start and a blender for an afternoon mixer!

For sit-down meals, there’s a BREAKFAST BAR that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo, the rooftop area and the shared pool, as well as the garage.

Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.

Getting Around:
The Punto Novo building is APPROXIMATELY 10.6 km | 6.6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 10 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the property rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
