This hotel offers great value for money. Clean rooms, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff ensured we were comfortable at all times. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a business trip. Easy parking, excellent check-in staff (remember me from previous stays), new hotel so condition excellent, spacious clean modern rooms with air-con and large shower, relaxing bar/restaurant area with very good food. No complaints :)

I like this hotel but they seem to be trying to save energy costs by limiting room temperatures. Although it says 23C on the air conditioning I've measured it at 17C in the room. Reception said they couldn't increase the room temperature which means the rooms are uncomfortably cold. I think they are also limiting water pressure in the bathrooms to save money.

Lovely room clean and very pleasant. Staff were great, check in was quick and straightforward. Breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay and would stay again when going to a gig at the Queens Hall

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has a good choice. The room was a little on the cold side until we increased the thermostat to 25°c. We were initially reluctant to set it this high as we don't have it set this high at home. Bev was an excellent source of information and is a valuable member of the team. We'll return the next time in Nuneaton
