2-room city apartment on the park, central yet quiet & in the countryside

-> Before you book firmly, we ask you for a first message. We offer three apartments, through a short preliminary discussion can be easily clarified which is the best choice for you :-).

Our apartment (also a little larger) is located directly on the Wöhrder meadow and the Wöhrder lake has an unbeatable high recreational value. Many sights can be reached on foot, otherwise public transport is practically on the doorstep. Two bicycles are available by prior arrangement. For smaller children we have a high chair, a travel cot, a small mattress and a wheel there.

The prices are for an occupancy of 2 persons, from the third adult we charge 10, - € per person and night extra, children from 6 to 17 years cost € 7.50. Two children under 6 stay free with us. Please note: Unfortunately in the offer no prices for the children indicated, because the software of FeWo simply can not! Just ask us, we will gladly make your individual offer: 0172/1363183.

The apartment has a large, light-filled living room with a pull-out bed (0.80 m / 1.60 m wide), a sofa bed for 1 person (1.20 m wide), a large balcony and a dining area for 6 people, a large bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide), a kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a bathroom with tub, a cloakroom and a hallway.

In the same building complex we rent another apartment, so you can also go on holiday with friends if both apartments are available! This apartment (3 rooms) has a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons (1.60 m wide), a sofa bed (0.85 m wide), a large balcony and a dining area for 5 people, a bedroom with double bed ( 1.80 m wide), a small bedroom with a bed (1.40 m wide), a kitchen with a balcony facing the park, a bathroom with tub and a hallway.

Again, you have a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, toaster, (salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar & oil are actually always in stock) available. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, TV and a small radio are included in the price.

A welcome folder with numerous tips (cafes, restaurants, things to do, maps of the city center, ...) is ready for you, as well as a basket with all kinds of brochures for a varied Nuremberg vacation. For a good planning in advance, I recommend you to contact us in advance, we are happy to help and give tips on current events, especially as far as activities with children are concerned!

Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the apartments! Please also make sure that the balcony door is closed when smoking outside. Many Thanks. We also can not tolerate parties or events.

Check-in is from 15:00, on request also earlier, check-out is until 11:00.

For payment:
We recommend a bank transfer, as there are no extra fees. For a Paypal payment fees are due. We kindly point out that these please go to your expense and we will receive the full amount of the invoice. Many Thanks!
