The house spans three floors and features three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, plus three sofa beds for extra sleeping options. There is also a large living room, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with natural light offers a shower and toilet, and there is an additional guest WC. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a game console are included.



The private outdoor area with covered terrace, well-kept garden, and barbecue is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. One parking space on the property and public parking directly in front of the house are available free of charge.



The Röthenbach subway station is just a 5-minute walk away – Nuremberg’s Old Town, the Christmas Market, and all major sights are easily accessible. Supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops are within walking distance.



Pets are welcome (up to 5, for an extra fee). The house combines spaciousness with a personal atmosphere and high-quality furnishings.



Important notes: Smoking is only permitted outside on the property. Parties and large events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Upon departure, please turn off lights and heating and close all windows. An additional fee may apply for violations of the house rules.
