Absolutely Beautiful hotel and lovely staff that made our stay very welcoming. The location is great in the Nusa Dua for relaxation and enjoying the resort and gardens, fantastic pool and great restaurants. (The Only issue was someone smoking at restaurant when eating with our kids). Otherwise was a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this hotel, thankyou and will be back again!

Just a bit meh - we expected more.
Overall pretty disappointing, and not great value for the cost - we could have stayed at Padma for around the same had it been available for our short notice (3 weeks after booking) Before we arrived I had asked for former pillows, these weren’t supplied for 3 days. Our top sheets/blanket were soiled when we arrived, the cold water did not work in the bath for the kids, the toilet did not flush properly, there was mould through the shower, and the fridge did not chill anything effectively. One day they gave us 3 bath towels instead of the 4 we needed. Highlight was the buffet breakfast which was really well equipped (and very much work paying for in advance), although on our final morning I gave up waiting for a couple of poached eggs as I had been waiting 20 mins. Hilton is unfortunately a fair way out of the way from the main Nusa Dua area, meaning extra $10 in taxis (return) if you wanted to eat outside the hotel. It wasn’t TERRIBLE, but for $400+ a night we expected much more. $200-250 a night and I would have been happy enough.
