The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The beds were so comfortable, the house and kitchen were equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect! We would definitely go back!

Kitchen was good. Only thing was there wasn't a dish rag to wipe off counter and island. There was also no hand towels for the bathroom. It was clean except for the bottom sides of the toilet. There was urine that looked like it had been there awhile. I would stay there again. Everything else was great and loved the location! The host was very quick to help with booking as we had a few problems because we booked the day of arrival. Would definitely stay there again!

This was an excellent stay in every way. Location right across the street from the ocean; covered front porch facing the ocean with rockers that you can enjoy even if you get rain; back screened-in, covered porch; 4 bedrooms of equal size-all with adult beds which is perfect for a girlfriends getaway OR 4 couples...no fighting over who gets the bunk room; beach chairs and wagons, washer/dryer; fully useable kitchen with brewer and keurig; close proximity to Fort Caswell and Southport; clean and fresh smell upon entering the home; hosts were extremely responsive to questions in a timely manner - we couldn't have asked for more!

6 day get together with long time friends

Cottage was like new and very clean. Hosts communicate well and are friendly and responsive. Beach accessibility was right across the street. Late April/early May weather was perfect for beach walks and exploring the area. Neighborhood was quiet, not too much traffic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay! Great Home and views!

One of the best VRBO stays we have ever experienced! The views were amazing (the pictures do not do justice to the views). The kitchen was well stocked (we were able to make Thanksgiving food), upscale laundry machine, TVs with cable in all rooms, new beds and very helpful owners and overall great experience. Very, very clean. We are looking forward to returning!
