Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.

This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.

This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.

Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.

This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.

Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.

Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Small outdoor utility sink and picnic table are in shaded area under the cottage.

Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

Unbelievable location--right on the beach. With both the open deck on back of the house as well as the screened proch, we were able to choose where to sit and enjoy the views depending on wiond and weather. House was a great size for the three of us, especially the split-pan where two bedrooms & bathroom were on each side of the main living area. In each bedroom, the built-in dresser w-counter & mirror was so practical-- a really great idea of whoever designed the house. Andhaving the washer & dryer right in the area off of the kitchen was really nice since you didn't have to go downstairs and outside to use the w/d in some outside closet. Overll, we LOVED this house! Great location, great layout, great communication w/host.

Great place! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved having a keurig and regular coffee maker to choose from. Bedrooms had wall mounted tv, blackout curtains and comfy beds. Loved the screened in porch
 Ample seating there and on the attached open deck/porch. Allen was gracious to offer recommendations, tips, etc. if/when needed. Bonus! There was a turtle nest close to us and we got to see 52 baby turtles make their way up out of the nest and into the ocean! It was the coolest thing! Great stay, great place! We’ll be back!

Wonderful place to stay for beachfront rental! Clean with all the comforts of home. The dual porch (1/2 screened, 1/2 uncovered) is a perfect match for shade or sun! So conveniently located to grocery shopping and restaurants.My mom loved the beach decor! I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Easy access path to the beach. Wish the dunes were not so high so you are able to see the beach itself better but enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch and the house was nicely decorated and comfortable.The host was easy to get in touch with and very hospitable.

Charming house, right on the beach. Excellent location, close to all that Oak Island has to offer
summer concerts in the park a short walk away, the pier, many restaurants, marsh walks/fishing. Groceries about a 3 minute drive. Highly recco making the short drive to Southport, great food and views. Overall great stay. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend for a wonderful, laid back beach vacation.

Such a nice property! The house was super crisp and clean. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were so bright and spotless. Living room was very comfortable for our family of 5. The porches were awesome for enjoying sun, a nice evening, or even a storm under cover. Everything was furnished as pictured. Proximity to the beach was ideal, especially with young kids. If we needed to go from the beach to the house and back, it took less than 5 minutes. Allen was a great communicator and so accommodating. We had everything we needed and would love to book again!

Cute house. Well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable but the bedrooms were all a little warm and need more air flow. There were no linens provided and we thought linens were part of the weekly rental cost. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

If you love the beach, stay here!

Our stay in Oak Island was wonderful. The location lets you get to the ocean beach in a minute walk. The host has beach chairs and toys to make your beach time relaxing and fun. The house is fantastic, as well. There are four bedrooms and two bathroom/showers that is perfect for the 7 adults and one 15-year-old. Everything in the kitchen helped us cook and spend dinnertime together. We read reviews about the covered and screened in deck. We agree. We spent a lot of time there looking out at the ocean. Although there are places to eat around, we found more options in Southport, which is about a 20-minute drive. This was a 5-star place, and we had a 5 star stay! Usually, we stay a full week at previous VRBO houses, so we almost missed that we needed to bring our own sheets, so pay notice of that. That's on us, as we read the full listing after we booked. We had a great time, and we appreciate our host's communication to help make that happen.

If i could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Allen is a gracious host, responding immediately to questions. Home was clean and well stocked- even with spices, cooking oil and coffee). Very comfortable mattresses! We will be back.
