Everything was wonderful, except for the upstairs occupant above us, walked around a lot late at night the ceiling creaked.Also one way arrived there weren’t enough parking passes for our party so we were stressing about getting towed.

Great property grounds and easy beach access. The condo itself is outdated, but it’s clean and has everything you need. And the beach is right there. Communication with the owner was great and we had no issues during our stay.

A Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

We had a great vacation here. The place was clean, everything in the condo worked, access to the beach was easy, the location was perfect, and communication with Lisa was excellent. We spent a week here and enjoyed ourselves very much!

NOT a luxury villa

When we arrived at the property, we were immediately concerned about the cleanliness of the place. The rugs and furniture upholstery were very dirty, as were the ceiling fans and kitchen cabinets both inside and out. In addition the interior seemed dingy and dated as a whole. We reached out to the manager, who responded quickly and scheduled cleaning to be completed after our stay. We left a day early simply because of the condition of the property. The unit is in the best location on Caswell Beach, and the AC worked well. The complex is very nice, but in general we were surprised to find these kind of issues in a property with a premiere host. She refunded 25 percent of the nightly rate, which was appreciated, but that does not change that our very limited vacation time was less than stellar.

Quiet and relaxing condo

Enjoyed our stay with just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. I was happy that there was a room on the ground floor to store beach chairs, fishing rods, etc so we didn't have to carry them upstairs. Disappointed that the TV was so tiny, like a 24" TV, and no TV in the master bedroom. My husband is a sports fan and doesn't miss watching the Yankees play baseball. Beds were comfortable and the unit had a nice deck to watch the waves and take in the ocean breeze.

Nice community, great location!

Property was great, pool was nice as well. Very convenient to stores and entertainment. Communication with the host was fast and plesant. Stayed here for 3 nights , wish it was longer! Would stay here again!

The location is amazing! we loved the pool and the beach, the condo left a little something to be desired. There were a few roaches on the floor when we came in and the electrical work was scary, with the stove making loud popping noises and breaking once but all in all served its purpose

Our Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything is just as pictured and everything was clean and ready for our stay. The location was perfect and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered my questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again!
