Clean top floor condo, note 4 flights of stairs & no elevator. Zoomed in view of ocean from breezy south facing balcony is shown in my picture, line of sight is between 2 other buildings & overlooking parking lot. The firm king mattress, soft queen mattress, & typical bunk beds all have comfy sheets, quilts, & blankets. Good shower pressure & plush towels. Bring paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, extra tp, standard drip coffee filters, etc. Close to lighthouse, Fort Caswell, & Ocean Dr. Can walk beach to pier, Lazy Turtle, & Koko Cabana. Quiet complex with plenty of parking.
