For your convenience, the ground floor backside of the condo features a patio with six beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and large wagon perfect for your beach adventures. Simply step out of the condo and walk around the back of the building to access this area. After a day of sun and sand, return here to drop off the beach gear and refresh yourself at the outdoor shower.

Guest access
Parking is a breeze with a reserved covered parking spot, and room for a second vehicle in the adjacent private parking lot. To reach your private sanctuary on the first floor, there is just one set of outdoor stairs (16 steps with a landing in the middle). Say goodbye to stairs inside, as all interior living areas and the expansive covered deck are seamlessly accessible on the same level. Entire condo can be accessed with exception of locked owner’s closet and fully enclosed garage.
