Pretty beach
Furniture and appliances were aged, very average as far as comfort and luxury.
We could hear every footstep from the unit above. Thank goodness they went to bed @ 10 or it would have kept us from sleeping. Would not recommend for families with babies or small children.

Girls Trip
My sister, my best friend and I desperately needed a week away. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our condo. I do not think I have ever rented a house or condo that I could walk into and relax without cleaning first. Thank you so much to the cleaning staff that did such an outstanding job! I have stayed at OI Villas on multiple occasions and I always love the location and how calm Caswell Beach is. I highly recommend this condo specifically. It was VERY well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and beach equipment.
