Positives - pets welcome-nice clean pool- big kitchen island- nice plates and cups- close to food lion- plenty of parking- super easy walk to the beach Negatives- owner said they would send someone over to fix broken shower doors, fans not working etc but no one ever came by.- we didn’t have sheets for all beds.- not enough towels and what was given was very very poor quality- nothing extra - no pool towels (would have been nice at that cost but I get not a given)- kitchen was filled with “cooking” utensils which were all old and rusty/scratched etc. tons of stuff but lots of bad quality. Best example is there were three, yes three, can openers and not one worked!!- pool cushions had clearly seen better days- bunk beds felt very cheap and unstable - fine for little kids but not big kids!- there is no ocean view - bad advertising!!- pretty beat up with some attempts to make it look new but very poor renovation quality - my kids were scared to use the shower doors because they felt like they would fall off- dirty laundry dry bags from previous person staying at front door left thereMaster bedroom sink had no place to put anything!
