The apartment is one of the top floor units in a three-plex apartment building.

This remodeled apartment is cute and cozy with a queen size bed. There is a living area that has a sofa, tv and dining table for two. There is a Smart TV and an antenna for local channels (no cable).

The kitchen is well equipped if you are wanting to make a meal. There is a mini-refrigerator (no freezer) and a cooktop with burners, but no oven. There are fantastic restaurants in the area and a great grocery store all within walking distance.

The bathroom has tub with a shower. There is also a small outdoor patio off the bedroom with a table and chairs if you want to sit outside.

The lower apartment is also on Airbnb, so you will likely see other fellow travelers coming and going.

We also have one parking space available for guests. Huge plus in this area! The parking lot is shared with other guests and tenant, and the parking lot is tight for cars, so if you`re driving a larger SUV or truck, most likely you will have to park on the street.

Kaiser Permanente Oakland Hospital is 1/2 mile from the apartment. The MacArthur Bart Station is 1 mile away and it`s an easy walk. We are close to 580 and you can be in San Francisco normally in less than 20-30 minutes.

The Piedmont area of Oakland is a great place to call home. You will find a grocery store, several coffee shops, wine bars and several restaurants. You won`t want to miss Fenton`s Creamery for the best ice cream and The Piedmont Theatre.

- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
