Clean but issue with safety/security

Room was clean and roomy. Check in staff was friendly. I checked in about 6PM, a little after 8 it sounded like someone was trying to open our door, I was not sure if I was being paranoid or if it was our neighbors door. A few minutes later the phone in the room rings, I answer they hang up. A few minutes later the phone rings again it is the front desk, they were asking me my name what time I checked in and who checked me in. I gave them the info I could but I didn’t remember the young ladies name, then she asked me what she looked like. Almost felt like she was interrogating me. The then said they had not fully checked me in and she took care of it. A few min later the phone rings again and they hang up when I answer. The next morning I went to lobby to check if I was still ok for late checkout and if my shuttle to airport was scheduled. The lady at the front acted like I was bothering her but she said I was all set. I went back up to my room and my keys did not work on door. I went back down and told her and said it may have been because my room was accidentally given to someone else. Again she seemed annoyed fixed my keys and handed them back. I went back to room went out to breakfast came back and everything was ok. About 10:30 AM i went down to micro market and there was new lady at front desk. I paid for my stuff, told her about the incident the night before and she was very apologetic. I decided to ask about late check out and shuttle again and it was not done.

Parking was tight. A lot of cars parked along the curb which made it very difficult for those of us who were parked in spot to back out of said spot. Luckily, I had a small car. Some of those large trucks made it impossible for someone to leave property without notifying the front desk.

This property was very nice. Complimentary Lyft to the airport. Clean, good food and bar service in lobby. Nice courtyard to relax in with pool and fire pit. Well kept grounds. Water bottles on arrival. Staff was clean, professional and presentable. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Smelled nice in the building and the room.

As per my previous reviews, my dissatisfaction is with the housekeeping department. Poor comminication with the cleaning ladies. Partial cleaning. Not thorough. The reception staff is "AMAZING" ALWAYS. The hospitality is a 10+. Patience 10+. Understanding 10+. This visit is my time away from family post my dad and my daughters deaths. I only would have liked for the cleaning experience to be better. A clean enviroment is a stress reducer for me.

Great customer service at the front desk! Very helpful and answered my questions. The Bistro had menu items that catered to my plant based eating which I really appreciated. The mediterranean grain bowl was delicious as well as the tomato soup! Chelsey was absolutely a doll and so friendly and accommodated my requests. My stay, while short, was enjoyable. The carpet was wet at the first room we were at and smelled humid. The next room we were moved to, the AC was broken and only blew out hot air. With the hot air, the room started to smell like pee. We told the hotel and they did literally nothing about it. This experience was horrible and I would never stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We were in town for a family reuin, so we stayed a little short of a week. We loved the atmosphere and location. Lots of dining options & shopping nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone visiting the area.

Overall, the hotel is nice, maintained. Plenty of amenities (-) a in room microwave. The reception staff that I encountered was pleasant, helpful, accommodating. The housekeeping staff; I have no score to provide, nothing nice to say. Each encounter there is a language barrier that prevents my request to go unmet. I point to what I need done and it is hald done-improperly done. "Who cleans the bath tub with a dry hand towel then pour a 20.ounce cup of water to rinse.?" Like really ! I have enountered at least six diffrent housekeepers during this stay, each encounter the same. "Me no speak english. I am sure that on pay day they understand their paycheck; in english. This is not a good look for the hotel since the majority of the guest were english speaking. (My personal observation) Customer service lacks in the area of housekeeping.

Staff members are extremely helpful and pleasant. A lot of traffic in this area due to the airport I believe. Gates have an issue at the moment for exiting and parking is not complimentary here.
