Clearly opened before really being ready. Still under construction, ringing bell to enter building to check in/no answer for 5 minutes. Another guest finally let me in, no one at front desk. Ring bell at desk, finally someone emerges. Complain about no answer to bell, dismissed like it never happened. Listen to other guest complain about room with no shower curtain, he was given one to hang himself. i booked a King bed room at extra price, get to room it is two twins, went to change room and got “the system is down”/could not help me, referred me back to Expedia at 11pm.
Awful, and frankly unacceptable.
