I enjoyed my stay at La Hacienda! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the restaurant that’s a part of the hotel. I liked having on site parking! It was perfect for my needs. I plan to stay there the next time I am in Oaxaca

El Hotel muy bonito, el staff muy amable, el hotel queda lejos del centro, nos hospedamos ahi por la albereca ya qu hace mucho calor en Abril pero el agua estaba muy fria. El restaurant no es economico y podria mejorar

Guests that need taxi service from location to the airport need to be on top of front desk customer service agent because I had an issue with two out of the three customer service agents at the last day of my day stay I found a roach in the shower other than that everything was fine
