We stayed there in October for a wedding. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Service in little cafe wasn't as attentive as I would've liked, but not the end of the world.
The location I felt was perfect. Within walking distance to what we were interested in seeing.
Only suggestion for the property would be to brighten the lights in the bathroom. They seemed dim.
I'd like to compliment the on site travel services provided by Viaje Logica. In particular Margarita Morales. She never tired of my questions, and got us on a couple of excursions which gave us some very nice family experiences.
From the above and beyond category, Margarita got us a very nice driver who took us to one of the Mezcal producers outside of town. Well, as luck would have it, I put down the bag with our bottles in it. I called the hotel front desk, and the young lady called the driver. He actually drove all the way back out to the shop and was able to locate our bag and brought it to us in the morning.
Very impressed with their level of customer service.
